1 /5 Amanda Ackman: I have really been looking forward to trying this place, but I will never be back. We werent told that we needed to order at the register and then find a seat, so we sat waiting for ten minutes being ignored. The card insert didnt work, so it was tap only. There was no sign indicating this. The CO2 was very low and the woman told me she didnt know what I wanted her to do about it. They were out of lemonade, so I was stuck drinking flat soda. She filled the tea dispenser while complaining that they only had three people working and it was too hot. She then threw a tantrum and was throwing dishes while clearing tables and they ended up falling on the floor and breaking. She used the table rag to mop the floor, and then continued wiping tables with it. We had to clean our own table and chairs. We were told they were out of burgers, but as we were finishing up, the table next to us got burgers. As we were leaving, I spotted the floor/ table cleaning rag at the prep area with fresh tomatoes. I think the icing on the cake was seeing her eating while prepping food. This place should be shut down until they can hire the proper staff. On the only good note, the man cooking the food is exceptional at his job. The philly was amazing. Keep him, fire the rest.
