KFC - (Near Wauchula, FL)

1 /5 Alma Sanchez: It would be great to relax and have a meal after a long journey, without the employee spraying Windex on the windows while we eat. To make matters worse, shes doing this without wearing any shoes with her soaks are black. Just gross! It was a young bigger girl. The girl at the register was great.

3 /5 Rylan Smith: Food was better than years past and the inside was clean. Nice cashiers and friendly staff. The drinks were good and there were no paper straws in sight. Best chicken in town no doubt.

1 /5 John Willette: I walked in for a take out order. The cashier was super nice and was really trying to help but the person in the back was so rude and unpleasant. I got a 16 piece chicken meal and I asked if they could do 6 wings instead of 4 and take two drum sticks off and I will pay extra. The lady doing the drive through started slamming things and throwing things like a 2 year old. The cashier came back from asking her if she could do the wings for me and she was really nice about it. She politely said mam im sorry we cant do that and I said no worries its ok. So I get home and I did ask for extra crispy on all of it but the 4 wings and I got barley any extra crispy was short a chicken breast and every piece of chicken was so old it tasted like I was chewing on rubber. I threw it away and we ended up eating raw biscuits and the sides. Ww all were very upset. 100 percent unexceptable and that lady should be ashamed of herself. Grow up or find a job not in customer service.

4 /5 Chili Mac: Under new management/ownership but the staff seems very familiar. The food was good and didnt take too long. Restaurant condition inside is the same...drink station rusting out and perpetually dripping, mens room needs deep cleaned and/or updated (overall condition is dingy, dirty, kind of gross). They are advertising the KFC Famous Bowl Combos for $5.89 when you walk in but then charge you $7.99 for it. I miss the days when that combo was $5 and it included a cookie. Its really hard to see the menu board with the giant hot box/order stand sitting on the front counter and its off-putting to walk into the restaurant just after 12pm on a Friday with empty trash cans sitting in the walkway as well. I get having an opening door singer but its SO loud you can hear it in the back of the restaurant...maybe turn it down a notch?
