James Gibbs Love this place. Weve celebrated our anniversary here many times. The atmosphere, food, and location, are top notch. This time there was a little problem meeting my allergy needs, even though the allergy was stated with the reservation and confirmed at check-in. Good thing I didnt have a reaction, but closer attention to detail is a must. Normally the food is spectacular, but I guess it was just an off night.

Vitor De Oliveira I went there with a group of coworkers to celebrate the end of the year, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The drinks were amazing, the food was exquisite, and the service was outstanding. Add in the beautiful ocean view, and it was the perfect setting. We will definitely be back.

Cameron Haffke We went to the Tides for our one year wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our server Scott was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, very attentive, and overall made a positive impact on our evening. We loved the separated plating for shared appetizer. The crab cakes and grilled pear salad were both delicious. The best thing we ordered was the sweet tea brined pork chop with pimento cheese grits, absolutely incredible, tender and delicious. We highly recommend the Tides for a special occasion and hope to be back soon!

dave I 10/30/25 another late dinner at the bar. Chicken piccata toss - very good! Would certainly get this again. House Red $7! 7/16 late dinner at the bar. The seafood croquettes were really good! And the burger was too. Looking back, i should have done a second order of the croquettes.... $7 House red is nice & not a budget breaker. 5/24 drunken mussels+ a glass of red. Perfect. 10/2/24 dinner at the bar. Penne chicken toss, it was good. Next time more bread! And for dessert, Sages Chocolate Martini. 8/10 back at the bar for another "Cant play dead" - really great! 7/10/24 got back to the bar for a drink w/ my friend. It was good. 10/29/18: I finally had the Mussels & they were really good! Mom had the crab cake salad, she said it was really great. Nice portion and good salad (no iceberg!). I had the turbo burger- very good & the fries... better than McD! Dinner bread- always good, house red- very nice. Service was good, thanks J! Update 5/4/18- came back with Mom. She had the Chicken Cristina and really liked it, i had the cedar plank salmon, very good. The bread was good & hot and the house red was nice, thanks. Wow, I cant believe my mom was hiding this gem from me, lol. Ive been visiting her in Sebring for over 10 years and I never knew about this place, but she did! We came here for her 90th bday. We had a great time and the food was really good. Now, with knowing how good Chicanes is, Ill be coming back a few times, each time I visit Mom. The staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. Thanks to "T" and all the others the helped make my Moms night go perfect.

Andrew Polaskey Solid experience, food was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Cocktails were spectacular as well, nicely mixed and well balanced. Outdoor seating is available however be mindful that trains run just across the park and can be quite loud with the horns. Little bit on the slower end for food to come out of the kitchen, wait staff were highly communicative though on the delays and kept our table up to date. Likely simply due to the holiday season in regards to this though.

Amauri Carter The server who attended to our group was one of the sweetest I’ve ever encountered. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful with my indecisiveness, which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed my salmon sandwich; it was quite decent. The carrot cake was delicious and definitely worth trying. I would gladly return when visiting the Tampa area.
