Mar Vista Dockside Restaurant & Pub - (Near Longboat Key, FL)

Bao Anh Dinh A small restaurant located inside the Garden Food Court, but it’s the perfect spot to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with air conditioning and excellent service. I’ve tried several dishes from the menu, like Bún bò, Bánh xèo, and Bún thịt nướng—the taste were delicious, especially the mixed fish sauce served with these dishes. I love it ! It’s a great find while strolling around downtown Palafox.

Ruud Noordzij So good! Our friend in Saint Augustine knew about this place and took us there after our arrival in town. In short, the shrimp and grits are to die for! That sauce is unmatched, and the shrimp is nice. Sadly, the grouper and salmon were sold out so we opted for the Caribbean Grill. Great choice as the fish was flaky, nicely prepared and very fresh. Mussels as a starter, very nice as well. Nice attentive service (thanks Baylie) and the fact that this restaurant is coastal is a great plus.... unfortunately, we were over for a rather late dinner but anyone visiting during the summer should have great ocean views. Highly recommended.

Michael Wenger Just what I was looking for. Ordered the MoonMac subbing the beef patties with the Beyond beef Burger patties and a side of Sweet Potato waffle Fries w/cinnamon butter. Presentation was awesome right amount of Mac Sauce and additional fixins gave me similar flavors as the BigMac but better in everyway. Portion sizes were definitely reasonable and prices were not outrageous. Ate in the dining and atmosphere gave me that 50s diner feel.

Derryk Wheeler The staff was exceptional, especially our bartender. The food was spectacular, we had late night menu crepes. The crepe menu starts after 10pm, and they were perfect. The cocktails were perfect as well. Thanks Alpin Bistro! We went earlier this time, drinks were great, quiche was awesome, the brie app was very good. The chorizo brandy app was okay and the croque-saumon was okay as well.

Volkan Atilgan We went to this place 4 days in a row. Our faavorites ; very good cocktails, cold beers, excellent burgers and superb peel shrimp plates and surf and turf all the way.. You should also try signature sweet potato desert with ice-cream.. If you are in Daytona Beach this it the place has it all.. Very friendly service..

Lauren Gabay We celebrated our 15 year Wedding Anniversary here and what an ambiance! The manager sat us at a beautiful table right on the intercostal. Our waiter Nandi was fabulous, he recommended a delicious drink called Hugo and the bone in veal parmesan which comes with house made pasta! Wow! The food came out within 20 minutes of ordering! Ive never been served so quickly at any restaurant! While we were enjoying our meal a Saxophone player was playing old classic Italian songs. We couldnt ask for a better night! We will be back for sure! There is an early bird menu that looks great from 3-5pm. The Musician starts playing at 6pm.
