3 /5 Neal B: We have eaten here quite a lot with friends, family and clients and have always considered this to be one of our favorite restaurants. On 01/10/25, we went with two clients. We waited for a server a d finally someone asked if we were being taken care of. They explained one of the servers went home leaving the staff short-handed. We never complained, just waited. Without any provocation, a manager showed up and informed us that desserts were on the house and apologized for the wait profusely. Very professional and gracious. I ordered pasta and the server offered pepper flakes on the side. Not one to complain, I never told the server about not being given the peppers. When I had almost finished my meal, our server realized, on her own, that I never got the peppers. She then brought out some. We didnt abuse the free desserts and share two of them between the four of us. Basically, the hiccups in service was handled very professionally. That being said, I never expected this type of service from what I consider to be a 5 star restaurant. Needless to say, I was rather disappointed.
Ill be back, but with important clients I think Ill switch to a rooftop restaurant I enjoy in North Naples.
