James Tracy A friend and I had an outstanding experience at Ember and Oak in Melbourne Florida during our visit to Cocoa Beach. The ambiance and overall dining experience were refined, sophisticated, and truly top-tier. Having spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry—working in leadership roles around the world—I tend to notice the details, and Ember and Oak impressed me on many levels. Coming from Las Vegas, I’m particularly selective about where I dine, and it’s the small details that separate great restaurants from the rest. Ember and Oak absolutely delivers on that front. Our server, Kate, was exceptional. It was our first visit, so we had several questions, and she knew the menu inside and out. Her service was attentive without being intrusive, and she consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Having worked alongside some truly career-level servers and bartenders in my past, I can confidently say Kate ranks among the very best I’ve encountered. The food was prepared beautifully. We shared the KC strip, which came out slightly rarer than expected—but that was entirely on us, not the kitchen. The presentation, quality, and flavor were spot-on. The Brussels sprouts and shiitake mushrooms were outstanding, with generous portions and incredible flavor. Thank you, Kate, for making our evening memorable. The greeters immediately set a welcoming tone that carried throughout our entire evening. Our server, Leo Luppo, was absolutely phenomenal. His personality brought such warmth and energy to our table, and his service was nothing short of superb. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. Leos professionalism combined with his genuine charm made our dining experience truly memorable. We were celebrating my husbands birthday, and the entire team went above and beyond to make him feel special. Their thoughtful touches and genuine care turned an already wonderful evening into an unforgettable celebration. What impressed us even further was the management team, who made their rounds throughout the evening to personally ensure every guests satisfaction. Jen Lay My good friend and I celebrated his birthday on Tuesday 12/2 in the lounge (where a more relaxed dress code is accepted) around 6:30. We decided to come in last minute but it was a great spontaneous choice! We got sat right away at a nice booth in the corner, the server was very fast and friendly! I ordered a tequila cocktail and my friend enjoyed an old fashion. All of the food was amazing and we shared some dishes as well, so good! Loved the atmosphere and people watching!! And last but not least, we of course decided to go upstairs to the dessert room and take a kitchen/wine cellar tour…. Don’t forget to ask towards the end of your meal! LeLe Seaspice has been on my to go list in Miami for a while now and Im so happy I finally scratched it off my list. I did brunch here with my partner and the tapas menu was such a hit. The food was amazingly delicious and up to par! The service was top notch, the environment was inviting especially being seated next to the waterside and everything in general was a 10 outta 10. Will definitely revisit here!

Lisa It really doesn’t get any more special than the experience at Chathams. Hugo our server last night was our favorite we’ve ever had. Wish we could give more than 5 stars. Just top notch from start to finish. Victor always makes the most incredible drinks. Lorenzo’s hospitality and attention to detail is perfection. Chef Tony we got to meet for the first time and you are just a master at your craft. I only wish the specials were on the menu all the time because I’m still thinking of them! The sausage & peppers, tortellini, trio’s.. everything to die for. Thank you for such a great night.
