The Cove Resort and Pub - (Near Inverness, FL)

5 /5 Dean Allen: This place is not on the water, where you can see the water while you eat. You can however walk down to Tsala Apopka lake. With all the Spanish moss and cypress knees, it is absolutely beautiful. Their is a playground just off the outside eating area. This makes it very convenient for families. This was our first time at the Cove, so we called ahead. Right away, the hostess was very friendly and accommodating. She told me she was the one I spoke to earlier. Our waiter was very polite, attentive, and helpful, navigating us through the menu. The smoked fish dip was good. It is mild. And we had the oinkers as our second appetizer. Sweet BBQd pulled pork over chip. They were an unexpected delight. We got the Florida Fat Boy burger. It was beautifully cooked, and beautifully messy. I was able to break the fried egg over my fries. Got lucky there. We also got the black bean burger. I dont usually get the black bean burger unless I am at Chilis. But I recommend this burger. It was a preformed party. And they obviously did not make it on the premises. But it was a high quality patty. Weather you get there by auto or airboat, I highly recommend The Cove Resort and Pub

5 /5 Kim Mains: This was our 1st time at the Cove. Karly was our server. She was so helpful, friendly, and seemed to be so excited to be serving us. Her smile was so contagious. Thank you, Karly, for making our visit so enjoyable. The food was delicious and served fresh & hot. The atmosphere was fun, and the decorations/decor gave a lot to look at. Its obvious this establishment supports our great Armed Forces, which warmed our hearts. The background music was great. Dont pass up this gem. Well be back.

4 /5 JD M: First Visit here , We were welcomed when we arrived . The lady "T" actually walked down to our site and waived us in . We had dinner at the restaurant. food was pub style . they allowed our dog on the patio ,and actually the Server brought him a bacon treat . We stayed the first night , very quiet. The Second morning it was Mower and Blower city at 9 A.M. . I tried to sit outside and enjoy the rare cool snap we were having, but it was so loud and dusty( Allergy issues) I was forced into my camper .The guy was looking at me packing up the table and going back inside . I understand the place needs yardwork but really blowing leaves and dust 20 feet away while I sat outside at my campsite That part of my visit was not pleasant. I would recommend this place for a day or so . Overall good ammenities and things to do. Pleasant people in many positions . Food and drink prices were average . Saw a few Motorcycles , and also airboats roll in . we met the manager at the restaurant. . Very cool. Gave us a sticker for our camper. Definitely enjoy the restaurant. dog menu was cool but pricey 8 bucks for a rare rare burger patty but Bo did enjoy it.

5 /5 TB Alves: Great food today at The Cove, food and service were all amazingly good! Had the Quesadilla burger and it was truly a unique, flavorful experience. Just an amazing burger. Great beer selection, fantastic food and service (thank you Red)... cant wait to return! Oh and dont forget to irder the chocolate cake for dessert!
