Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - (Near Lake City, FL)

5 /5 Lucy Tucker: First time visiting Zaby’s Chicken, and it was a great experience. I ordered a mix of chicken tenders and wings, and the food came out very quickly I honestly thought the speed might mean the taste wouldn’t be great. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked just right crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Portions were generous, service was fast, and the overall experience was excellent for a first visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

1 /5 Debbie Smith: This store in Lake City Florida has just reopened from a remodel, and I stopped and ordered Zaxbys finger dinner plat, Zax big snack and veggie egg rolls..We got no sauce for the chicken or egg roll..The egg rolls were burnt ( picture below) very disappointed

5 /5 Keith Voice: This was my first time going to zaxbys in several years. The food was super fresh. Customer service was on point also. There was a mix up with the charge that I wouldnt have even noticed if my cashier wouldnt have been as honest and apologetic as she was. The manager corrected the mistake without issues. Ill be stopping at this location every time I drive to Atlanta from now on. Thanks!

1 /5 Adrian Danielson: This place will make a mistake and steal your money. I posted the video and the pictures of the receipt. I placed an order ahead of time to pick up on my way to work. When I arrived, I was approximately 10 minutes early. The young lady at the window advised me that I might potentially have to wait for a few minutes, which was completely fine. She came back and said that they were gonna go ahead and make the order a few minutes early and that they were gonna go ahead and get it working on it. At this time, one of the managers approached the window and explained to me that he had made my order at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon and that nobody received the order so he threw it in the trash. I responded with the picture of the receipt that said that my pick up time was 515 and that I apologize for showing up at 5:05 but at this point in the interaction, it was 515 and I would like to receive my food. Again advised me that there would be no food made and no refund issued because he made the food at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and he showed me a picture of it on his phone. Food being made at one thirtyish in the afternoon and that his restaurant couldn’t afford to waste the product. I’ve called the corporate number twice because the same manager that wouldn’t refund my Food also told me that everybody in the company was on vacation conveniently. The one 800 number told me that they were taking them out very seriously however after two phone calls approximately two weeks apart, I’ve had no resolution. The amount was not a significant amount. It was just over $16. It’s the principal of the fact that he was so openly willing to steal from me knowing well that everything that I had was verified, he even accuse me of changing the times on my pick up order to cover his irrational behavior. At this point, I absolutely feel targeted. It only let me upload 30 seconds of a 2 minute video I may be able to post in sections.

2 /5 Bennie Guardado: This was my first time visiting Zaxby’s, and unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. The restaurant felt run down and not very clean, especially the bathrooms which were uncomfortably dirty. The two staff members I interacted with seemed uninterested and gave the impression that customers were more of an inconvenience than anything else. On top of that, the food was disappointing. Both the chicken and the toast were overcooked. Based on this experience, I’ll be sticking with Raising Cane’s moving forward.
