brian allen Come to Georgia a lot because my gf is from here and I’m from Destin fl so eat a lot of seafood and will have to say some of the best over ever had would definitely recommend this place if you live in Georgia or just passing through it’s definitely worth it !!!!

Paul W. Peel I read a post on Facebook saying this is the home of the best hotdogs in NE Georgia. I must agree thst in the Athens area there is nothing better. The prices took me back to the 1990s and the food was delicious. Jean, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. I felt like I was at a friends house having lunch. The decor just adds to the atmosphere. This is a place we will definitely visit again. Just know it is cash or Cash App only. They have an ATM inside if you need.

Aziz Huda Made a stop for breakfast today and Cajun chicken tenders were fresh & hot with proper amount of Cajun spices; service was amazing and cooking was going non-stop; Melissa made sure I got all the condiments to enjoy these tenders Arctic cold soda machine was amazing; loved chilling my coke

Jeremy Grecco Mexican food is one of my go-to meals. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Monte Alban. There was reminiscing about the mezcal we drank in our youth that bears the same name...and a worm. I absolutley love coastal Mexican cuisine. I got the Vallarta Especial and my wife got the Diabla tacos. Both were fantastic but the Diabla sauce was amazing! The atmosphere is really cool. The tables have murals on them and the chairs are carved with agave plants. There is outdoor seating but its early April so still a little chilly to be sitting outside. Add this place to your list of great places to eat!

Kelly Guinn My boyfriend is obsessed with Mexican food. I am not. So naturally we stopped into La Cabana after doing some sight seeing around town. This was supposed to be a quick bite as we intended on going to dinner later in the evening. He got his usual, a quesadilla with steak. His mom got a chicken quesadilla and his dad and I each ordered chicken soup. I had never seen soup at a Mexican restaurant before but figured it would be a light alternative for me. I can NOT begin to tell you how happy I am with that choice. It was so flavorful and savory. I am already researching recipes so I can try to re-create it. I was told both of the quesadillas were very good and I can confirm the chips and salsa were amazing. They sell several different sizes of margaritas. We got one medium and it was more than enough for two people. The prices were very fair and the service was outstanding. Actually whole purpose of this review was to compliment the service, especially Kevin G. I am still so in love with my soup but Kevin was quite possibly the best server I’ve had anywhere. He was very friendly, and extremely attentive. He even went and got the Monster size margarita glass to show us a comparison to what we ordered. If we lived up in this area, I have little doubt that La Cabana would be our go to spot for dinner. Can we pack it all up (and Kevin) and take it back to Florida with us? 10/10 would recommend!

cassidy packer I placed my order at the wrong location. The drive thru lady came outside in a pouring lightening storm to help me resolve this! She was phenomenal. I am thankful for her kindness.
