This is a chain restaurant that is known for its widespread popularity, good food, and pleasant/clean atmosphere. It is a fast-food restaurant chain that specializes in chicken-based menu items. Their menu includes classic chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and various side dishes such as mac and cheese and coleslaw. They offer breakfast options like chicken biscuits and chicken minis, as well as a variety of salads and wraps. Most locations have a drive-thru for convenient ordering and pickup with staff often outside taking orders. This place was typical for all of the above. This restaurant is located on the northwest corner of SR 580 and May St. We did the dine-in option and did not try the drive through portion on this visit. It is easy to navigate to and has plenty of parking and the traditional covered drive through lanes. The store was very clean. The staff was friendly. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Overall, it is a good place to eat a great meal in the area.

Sarah I really don’t understand all the hate this place has been getting. My husband and I went to Backstreet BBQ and ordered a brisket plate, and it was absolutely fabulous. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and clearly fresh. The staff was just as great—super friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself was very clean and had such a nice, cozy environment. They even had a Christmas tree up with Christmas music playing, which made the atmosphere even better. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a fair chance!

Jake Alexander Food is definitely a 10 out of 10. The service is always pleasant and the employees are very polite. The place is kinda old but they do a very good job at keeping it clean and neat. Ive never had a bad experience eating here. Sometimes some pretty famous people stop through here to eat so thats pretty cool. Parking lot could use some TLC and thats about the only negative thing I could say about this place. Highly recommend eating here.

Ken The typical Chick fil A experience that you have come to expect. Our order was prepared hot and as fresh as fast food can be. Service was a bit better than the typical fast food restaurant, but let’s be honest, the other places aren’t setting the bar very high. The was plenty of park available on a Wednesday night when we were there. Across the street is a grocery store that has charging stations and room for RV’s and pickup trucks pulling trailers. Traffic on the street isn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t cross it there with small kids. There is no crossing, just run across when you can.

Crystal Rice I love this store. The staff are just wonderful! They always get my iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle right. I am so addicted to the Human Bean Cold Brew. I call it my Happy drink. Thank you so much to your staff for always being so helpful and professional. Sweet sweet staff!
