DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant - (Near Moultrie, GA)

Brenda Poston I went thru drive thru last week and there was a nice young man working the window. His name is Ayden, a lot of food service workers could learn from him. He provided great service , and he was very polite , and our food order was right for a long time before Ayden, we would have to go back thru because our order wasn’t right. Ayden is a great asset to Arby’s . I hope he’s there when we go back . Thank you Ayden !

Christian My food was good. The only reason I left 4 stars is because one of the items in my order was missing - An order of fried rice and yum yum sauce. But besides that, everything else was great! And I am willing to edit my review to 5 stars if: I could get an order of fried rice on my next visit. I don’t want a refund, I just want the delicious food that was missing EDIT: they gave me a replacement free of charge! 5 stars!

Luke Huffman Went through the drive-thru on a Friday. Service was great! First time ever going to a Jack’s. Burgers were very good, and the toppings tasted very fresh. No complaints!

Lori Petersen Staying at a local hotel we found this gem! Wow!! Excellent food. It is carryout only and they supplied us with plates, silverware and napkins. We had pepperoni and garlic, an Italian sausage for our pizzas, breadsticks with cheese and an appetizer combo. EXCELLENT!!!!!

Sarah I really don’t understand all the hate this place has been getting. My husband and I went to Backstreet BBQ and ordered a brisket plate, and it was absolutely fabulous. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and clearly fresh. The staff was just as great—super friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself was very clean and had such a nice, cozy environment. They even had a Christmas tree up with Christmas music playing, which made the atmosphere even better. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a fair chance!
