5 /5 Amy Kessler: Place is fantastic!!!! My family and I always love eating here. The service is excellent and food is always perfect. Our server was fantastic, friendly, helpful and super fast. She was hilarious and told great jokes which were so entertaining. The cooks are just as great. Their food is picture perfect and taste absolutely delicious. Every bite was so mouth watering and savory. Their wonderful personalities and impeccable customer service make such and inviting, comfortable, cozy, family friendly atmosphere. Whole place is clean and smells incredible. Everything is well organized and terrific.

5 /5 Tonya Holladay: We got seated very quickly. The lady that served us, came & asked us what we wld be drinking as soon as we were seated & handed us menus. Booth was cleaned before we sat down. We got our drinks and food for four people in and our food pretty quickly. She also was on top of refilling our drinks. She got all of our orders correct the first go around. My husband also ordered a to go order, we received it in a times manner as well & it was correct. I would recommend eating here. We had a great experience! :)

3 /5 Nicholas Roe: Great restaurant however my fiancé had a burger that was undercooked with a bit to much pink in it and the overall cost of drinks is a bit excessive. I would like to note the waitresses were very professional and offered great service

5 /5 CheeseCake Devil: Absolutely amazing service at the Springfield Huddle House! I had the pleasure of being served by Brandy, and she was hands-down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and a big smile. She was attentive without being overbearing, kept my coffee full, and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re stopping by this location, ask for Brandy—you won’t regret it. She made my visit feel like home. I’ll definitely be back!

1 /5 Jose Alvarez: One waitress for the whole store. Waited to be seated 30 minutes. Not pleased at all. When I was seated have not been asked what I would like to drink. Service is terrible
