Johnny Vs Restaurant - (Near Macon, GA)

Mike Bovard I’ve seen these places around in other towns but 2021 it’s new to Milledgeville. Their menu is similar to a restaurant two traffic lights south, but that’s where the similarities end. I ordered a classic three tender meal. The pricing was adequate for the area however the quality of the food was much better than competition. I ordered curbside and staff was prompt to bring correct order. They’re signature Magoo dipping sauce it is OK however I prefer there honey mustard. It reminds me of honey mustard salad dressing from Steak ‘n Ale. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an alternative to that Z bird.

Rebecca Padgett It was our first time visiting here and Im glad we chose it. When Im on vacation, I love trying local, mom and pop restaurants for breakfast. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. My eggs and grits were perfect. Most importantly...the coffee was good and strong. I will definitely come back here next time were in the area. Also, I noticed the menu options for lunch looked pretty darn good...I just might come back for lunch before we head out of town.

Helens Upholstery The best hibachi in ft. O and the surrounding areas. This is one of those hole in the wall places that dies their one thing so well they dont have to do anything else. Enormous portions of tasty rice or noodles with generous portion of perfectly cooked meat and veggies in a sauce thats hard to describe as it is perfectly balanced in flavors. Great deal of food for the$. Open floor plan to seat yourself.

Ann Smith Ok I have always loved Big Chick in Manchester GA. Today a little after lunch time, I bought a ,2 piece meal. The chicken was to greasy. Yall use to never have greasy chicken. The employees now need to let the grease drain off longer or something. The batter also was not seasoned as well as it use to be. I love this place, please make them so better and season the chicken the way it use to be seasoned and youll have us coming back for the meals that we have always loved from yall. Quit letting current employees try to change things. We want the original recipe of all that you all have.I have to update this as tonight was the best chicken ever and whom ever cooked it yall need to keep them and to teach others how to make that chicken on point like it was tonight. That was the best chicken and not greasy what so ever. Yall need to teach all of them to cook it like it was tonight and on point. I couldnt get enough of that chicken. Give whomever cooked it tonight a raise because they are doing yall a favor by doing it perfectly.

Michael Garrison Not the most modern restaurant on the inside, but the breakfast buffet is well worth your trip. I had a biscuit, cheese grits, two breakfast meats, and water for $9. Biscuits are crunchy on the outside and light and tender inside.
