5 /5 Vicki Davis: Well, if you want fish, this will fill your desires! The white fish was catfish and absoultely delicious. It tasted wonderful. I would say that this place knows how to prepare fish of all kinds. Its a "Family Style" at its best. You sit at a table with your crew... And all of a sudden, there is a server there asking what you want to eat & drink. We tried a few different things, and in an amazingly short amount of time, our fish, scallops, shrimp, slaw & hush puppies were sat down in paper bowls pretty full of steaming delicious morels. After consuming a pretty good chunk of all that food, our waitress brought more of whatever we wanted. They brought hubby a crab cake in a shell, which was delightfully consumed. I must say you get Lots of Great Food here. Most of it deep fried, but I also had a bowl of iced shrimp, the pull the tails off to eat kind that was like a dessert for me. We tried, but couldnt eat all that was served, but we made a Great dent! We added a piece of red velvet cake as a topping and our meal was quite complete. We visited with the help, learned some of this places history, like being family owned and I think maybe 3rd generation now and we made new friends. It is a great place for a very reasonable price for as much as they offered! It was our first time there, but definitely not our last!!
