Peggy Louise You can always tell when the ones who like to stand around and talk to their colleagues are working the window in the morning. There will be a line. The day before yesterday, the lady at the window, stood there with my bag talking while my biscuit was on the counter. She finally put it into the bag, and instead of coming to the window, she continued her conversation with her co-worker. I finally blew the horn to get her to give me my bag, and even then, she took her own good time. People are going to work in the morning and dont want to sit there, so you can chat with your buddy.

Chauncey Freeman They were fast and had a real cute set up. I had a 2hr ride home and it was ready on time!The staff was nice. FOOD was 9.5/10 I loved loved the Bourbon Whiskey wings. The brisket(seasoned well) burger was good too just the bun was really greasy. The garlic Parm fries were good too.I was expected a wet sauce but nope!Some good seasons and it was superb! If the bun wasnt greasy it would have been a 10/10

Ava Vaughan I love Revival Hall Taproom. If you are looking for fun things to do in Jefferson, Revival Hall Taproom is the place to go. I love coming and trying new beers each week, sitting on the patio, and all of the events they have. Its not like other average taprooms or bars, its a place where the community comes together. They do fundraisers every month for the community, Jefferson families in need, food drives, etc. One of the cool things is that they have The Basement now, which is so cozy and a change of pace. Its adults only and always a good time. Definitely check it out.

Michelle Traynham We usually love getting food from here but tonight was terrible. Placed and online order for pickup. Walked in 20 minutes later to a lobby with 12 people waiting & no one at the register. Waited 45 minutes & was never acknowledged by anyone. When someone finally came up front to hand out some orders they only read our names & gave food. Never addressed the room to at least explain the wait. Others came in & left while people that Placed orders online Waited behind me, also being ignored. This post is simply to complain about the poor customer service. I understand they were busy & probably understaffed; but it is very easy to simply announce to the room that they are running behind. And maybe check the ready cabinet & se if anyone is there for food that was waiting instead of only calling out new orders. My food sat for over an hr before they finally spoke to me & gave me my waiting food.
