3 /5 Sophia LaMar: I want so badly to love this place more. The food is delicious. We placed an online order for pickup twice and both times our queso was left out and this most recent time one of our loaded bowls did not have sauce bc they were all out of it. Having worked in the restaurant industry and having access to those phones numbers from online orders I feel like a call was warranted to ask if another sauce was preferred to none. Each time I’ve called and gone back up to receive my missing items and the workers are super kind and get me what I’m missing but it should be a rarity not the norm.

1 /5 Kelso Little: Ordered DoorDash and for about the tenth time or so in a row, they’ve forgotten something. Our chips and queso were left out and because of the ingredients being mixed that’s been mentioned in a few other reviews, my wife got a mouth full of cilantro which she can’t eat. She orders specifically to avoid that. I drove back up to the restaurant roughly 20 minutes after the meal was ordered and delivered to claim the missing chips and queso and I asked the staff if someone checks the orders before they go out. The best answer they could give me was “usually but we’ve been busy”. That’s not an excuse even if they were busy but it was likely just a lie to get me out of there as basically all of the ingredients were full and there was only 1 other person in there when I came in. This location was fantastic when it opened but as others have mentioned it’s gone downhill quick. Please do something here as we want to continue eating this great food, we just can’t justify it anymore when the care clearly isn’t there anymore.

2 /5 Zachary ONeil: Very poorly staffed and very dirty for a new restaurant. 2 teenagers running the whole place on a Sunday afternoon. Took us 10 minutes to make it through the line with only one couple ahead of us. It was clear the male was working and frustrated with the female workers speed and attention to things. Dining room was disgusting. Every table was dirty, both lemonades were out and the drink machine was piled with trash.

5 /5 Sapphire K: Grand opening was today. A friend loved this Tex Mex when it was a different name before it was rebranded. Good portion of meat and a lot of toppings to add. Best thing if you get the burrito they have different types of wraps, they can grill it to get that nice little crisp on the outside, and even grill some veggies for the inside of the burrito. Two burritos and a drink with 18% tip came out to be $36 something which is a great price considering other fast food chain of this type.

5 /5 stephanie richey: The catering service I used for the first time, yesterday was superb. Order was correct, on time and setup service was top notch. I had not tried Surcheros prior to this order and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. The meat and vegetable mix were chopped perfectly and everything was fresh. Kudos to Mickie, general manager!
