Chris Medlock We visit friends in Franklin NC every year and took a trip down to Clayton as we were visiting waterfalls. The Clayton Cafe is a great place to stop in for a quick bite. All of our food was amazing but I was blown away by the fried chicken sandwich. Hot, crispy, juicy, tender, well seasoned, and LARGE! Definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Come with a big appetite or enjoy your leftovers later. The staff was great and took great care of us. The restaurant as a whole was just outstanding and we will make this a yearly stop. Thank you Clayton Cafe!!!!

Fro G A cool place to hang, get a brew and some eats. Had the Gyro which was very good. Friendly and prompt service. Clayton is just a hip town to visit now!

Kessiah Gipson I eat here regularly. I love the drive through with the mobile order option. I wish the mobile order line would open and you wouldnt have to merge with the regular line. The restaurant is always clean. Service is always great. Food is almost always quick and accurate. The fountain Dr. Pepper here is amazing. If youre a Dr. Pepper fan, you can appreciate that. There is a nice play area inside for the kids.

Britta Broyles I don’t normally write reviews, but that was the best breakfast I have ever had. My husband and I were about to leave when we heard that the wait was 45 minutes, but we decided to stay after all. Thank God we did! I had the Me’nage a Trike, which is the banana bread french toast with a side of eggs and a meat of your choice. Incredible bacon, perfectly fried eggs, and the most phenomenal French toast. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito with hash browns, both of which were crispy and cooked to perfection. He didn’t even need his usual hot sauce, it was that good as-is! On top of everything the staff was kind, fast, and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Kaylee Rollins Mama Gs is hands down probably the best Italian place Ive been to. The food was absolutely amazing packed full of flavor and freshness. I have nothing but praise and love for this place. It is a little on the expensive side but worth it. I will definitely be back anytime I am near Clayton, GA again!

Kiroshi I want to complain that it takes a very long time to make an order here. It was in the evening, I was working part-time at Dordash, and then I went to this restaurant. I waited for my order for 30 minutes. The employees of this restaurant were constantly going somewhere to serve others. There were very few people, maybe five people, and I waited for my order for 30 minutes. The employees were constantly going somewhere. It’s unclear if someone asks something and other people leave. They come up and ask something. They are served first, but waiting 30 minutes for an order is too much. I will attach two photos of orders that I waited 30 minutes.

Savanna St.Germain This Waffle House is hands-down our favorite, and a huge reason why is Ashley. She was super awesome—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience better. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and Ashley checked in just the right amount without hovering. You can tell she really cares about her customers, which is rare and appreciated. This is the kind of service that keeps us coming back every time. If you’re here, ask for Ashley—you won’t be disappointed!

Ed Exley Sr Do not pass up an excellent opportunity. One of the best places to eat in Georgia. Home style food and super delicious desserts. Huge variety of meals both meat and two or sandwichs. These pleasant folks serve up the the goods.
