Stephanie King We came in last night and the place was very busy. Yet we were quickly seated and our server came right over. This used to be one of our favorite places to dine in Hartwell, but it has actually been several years since we stopped in. My husband and I both ordered a margarita. Mine was a frozen strawberry one and his was a regular lime one on the rocks. Both were very flavorful and the price was fair. I ordered the chicken ranchero and my son and husband both had the burrito California. The food came out quickly and it was very tasty. We will definitely be back soon.

Gillette William Paul (Catfish) I was greeted with respect and my order was taken as soon as possible. My food was done and hot and completely satisfied. I even got my discount for military Veteran.i dont live far so I will return often when I can. Server was courteous and addressed me as Mr. Which I appreciate being old school.

Jason Brandt Staff is friendly and helpful, Hush puppies are yummy. Food was really good. Club sandwich is great. Salads are big. Remodeling looks great, very spacious inside. My only complaint would be some items and the fries are very salty.

Lucas Baskins A little sketchy, but the employees are nice and helpful. My sausage biscuit had two patties on it so that was a pleasant surprise.

Brett Abaurrea Oh my god… this was the best sandwich I have ever had in my entire life! The staff was so nice and friendly. The store was so cute. Sandwich was SO GOOD!! Potato soup was excellent too but the sandwich!!!! Oh my god

Larry Ballard Tommy Ray’s is a real gem. Food aside , the lakeside location is peaceful and scenic , and the softly playing contemporary Christian music was a nice surprise. The food itself is simply incredible . My wife had a chicken quarter and devoured it . The stew was tasty and the macaroni and cheese was very cheesy and creamy . I’m a bit of a pulled pork snob , as I make my own and most BBQ places can’t come close. The pulled pork here is perfection. Smokey , complex flavor with great color and texture , and moist , tender and delicious . They offer several styles of sauce , but I opted for the traditional western North Carolina vinegar and red pepper flake sauce, which was a nice complement to the flavor of the meat . Friendly folks , great food and awesome location … oh , and the prices are more than fair . Highly recommended

Adam Zenoni If you are looking for a giant hand made pizza that is truly delicious, this is your place to go. Our pizza was loaded with toppings and cooked to perfection. The waitress said " I hope youre hungry!" and she was correct. One pizza fed 4 big guys.

manule danile I really enjoy eating here. The wait usually not long and the people here are really nice. A nice looking bar with nice selections. I’ve never been disappointed when eating here I do recommend.

Sarah I really don’t understand all the hate this place has been getting. My husband and I went to Backstreet BBQ and ordered a brisket plate, and it was absolutely fabulous. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and clearly fresh. The staff was just as great—super friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself was very clean and had such a nice, cozy environment. They even had a Christmas tree up with Christmas music playing, which made the atmosphere even better. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving this place a fair chance!

Melissa NeSmith Lake Hartwell Family Fun Center is the perfect spot for a day packed with laughter, games, and memories! Whether you’re visiting the area or a local looking for something new, this place has something for everyone. The arcade is full of classic and new games that kids (and adults!) will love. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and everything is well-maintained.

Floyd Rager The lunch specials cant be beat. I ordered the shrimp and was very surprised at the amount of shrimp i got. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki and enjoyed it. Service was great. When asked if a dish could be made a picy they added hot peppers when cooking. The sushi was not only large and delicious but was priced great. Will definitely be going back!

Josh J I had to visit Hartwell for a family reunion and I stopped by Little Caesars on the way to my hotel and grabbed a pizza. Austin was great help and answered all of my questions I had about the joint since I had never had Little Caesars before. Also what a convenient spot for the place since I also had to stop by the Walmart too! Huge thanks to Austin for the hospitality. If we come back to Hartwell, I will most likely stop in again!

PandaBear81 I have been eating at this place for about 15years. I have watched there children grow up in this family owed restaurant. I have tried just about everything on the menu ( the bourbon chicken is to die for) it is all delicious. The family atmosphere and friendliness is wonderful. I love this place so much that when I moved out of state I would bring friends back to visit with me and I always take them here, for the best Chinese food ever and never did any of them disagree.. they loved it.

Tim Tait Fantastic experience at this place. The selection of wines is impressive, with options to suit every palate. The staff members are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and passionate; providing great recommendations that made our evening even more enjoyable. Beer selections were great also. The ambiance is cozy and fun, perfect for a relaxed night out. Back patio offered out door seating with great lighting. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a spot to unwind, this place is a must.

Paula in GA Beginning to end, most enjoyable! The steak was grilled to perfection, and the entire staff was pleasant and attentive. We look forward to returning, many times!
