1 /5 Anna Springer: So I wrote a good review over a year ago, but its not quite the same experience anymore. The pizza is still great, but you have to wait awhile for it now, even if you show up after its supposed to be ready. Its probably a staffing issue, and thats not something easy to fix these days, but it gets old standing and waiting for 15 or 20 minutes past their predicted time. Edited another year later to add that the last time we went, the staff was incredibly rude — especially the manager on duty. She was short with us and snapped at my sister for bringing over a slice of pizza that was past its sell by time. My sister was polite, but the manager was just rude and snatched the pizza away from her. Very inappropriate behavior. We arent likely to be back.

1 /5 Tommy Kempf: Once again tried to stop and get a piece of pizza from the warmer, but once again the only pizza in there was over 40 minutes past the sell by time, and looked like trash. Honestly a pretty common occurrence here.

1 /5 Chris Henson: Placed an order online at 9pm 2 orders of wings a burger and a tenderloin I arive at 9:00 the order is not even started and the guy work said sorry your ticket was thrown away but I can start it now. Seriously I mean how do you throw away my order it wasnt even busy

3 /5 Pam A: First let me say I Love Caseys. When we travel its our stop of choice for food and gas. That being said I am very disappointed in the Eureka store. When certain people are making pizzas you might as well not go in to grab a slice. I was in the store before 8:30 in the morning and no pizza in the warmer no bicuits and gravy and very few sandwiches. The man making pizza and breakfast sandwiches was leaning over the table. His attitude was horrible. I asked if there would be more pizza and he said no. I get they have orders but not having food in the warmers is ridiculous, especially when you can see that nothing is being made. Does he not get customers are paying his wages ? Does he not get the food in the warmers makes them way more money and keeping customers happy means repeat business.

5 /5 Dave Stovall: As a professional,i will give 5 stars to this night crew through the week. They are amazing very polite nice young people I call ahead Im a truck February road. I call ahead for some chicken tenders. They are right on it and take care of it or if I want a big pizza its already when I get there. But just theyre Attitude is amazing amazing they need to be recognized they need to be recognized. They need to be recognized.attitude. Its really really good they need to be recognized.
