Roy Block We had a great easter lunch and we all had great food. The customer service was friendly and fact. The food was just like a small-town restaurant should be in my opinion. Its an older building which could use a few updates to bring the decor up to date. The place is located on the street so theres parking. Wed go back again for sure.

Lacie N Had an issue with a takeout order and they took care of it very promptly and politely. Food was hot, fresh and quite tasty. Lin Gardens is my new go to for Chinese food in Ottawa.

renee I love when you get great customer service! I placed a last minute online catering order for for two boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies and it gave me an estimated time of 12:00, but I really needed it earlier. I called the store and asked if I could pick it up 45 minutes sooner and they said yes. I walked in and 11:15 and they were just finishing up. Perfect! They even walked the order out to my car. I appreciate the friendliness and the great customer service.

D Scalos Sierra is consistently pleasant!! All of our food was really wonderful as well. They often have interesting specials. The prices are always reasonable, much better value for the money than fast food!! Olivia took great care of us & our food was delicious! Sierra was fabulous tonight. The place was packed and she was still awesome! Olivia is always wonderful! She always has great ideas on what to order too.

David Messersmith Things have really changed at steak n shake. Gone are the servers that come to your table and take your order, refill your drink, and offer any assistance while trying to figure out the menu. Food was good just dont like the changes. I guess they are having a had time to find people to come to work.
