Los Rancheros - (Near Petersburg, IL)

Kelly Keel Buffalo is buffalo, nothing special any more but good. The waiter/bartender was cool. They were closing up when we were there so he was doing alot all over so the drinks sat empty for a bit but he did great. I know how it is doing several things at a time.

Felix Hekster The torta was incredible. One of the employees Irvin I’ve heard is a great fan. Great portion and value for money. I’ve usually been on Wednesdays and Sundays. Wednesdays food takes a bit longer because I’ve heard it’s understaffed but maybe if Irvin comes in that will be better. I never have a problem on Sundays Irvin works really hard and misses chapter. Very good food would come again.

Brittney B What a fun environment to walk into :) This past Sunday we walked in after seeing New Medicine and Adelitas Way at the Castle Theatre. We showed up an hour before they closed and it was nicely filled for Kareoke night! And honestly we heard some pretty great singers. We were looking for food and Patrick was absolutely amazing and made us something to eat. I was surprised with Duck Wontons and Garlic Curds and they were delicious! Very thankful for that food. AJ was also incredibly sweet! We had a good laugh and I enjoyed my tequila and pineapple juice :) Next time Im in town for a concert, I will be coming back here! Emily Fitzgerald I came to Garrett’s with a group and enjoyed my experience. This restaurant was quite busy, so I’m grateful that we reserved a table in advance. We shared the Haystack Onion Rings ($8.99) and the Crispy Dynamite Shrimp ($13.99). The shrimp was my favorite. Well cooked and flavorful. I also ordered the Thai Chicken Chop Chop ($15.99) and a NZ white wine. I wish I could remember the name of the wine because I loved it! I don’t enjoy sweet wines and this one was quite dry. The salad was also super tasty! It could do without so many wontons and could use a bit more sauce, but altogether, I enjoyed the flavors. The staff was kind and patient and the space was clean and well decorated. I would recommend this restaurant.

Justin Yates Wonderful location. Great motorcycle ride. Our whole group got the river cat special and everyone was more than satisfied sweet tea was good as well. Will definitely be making a return trip. And on a side note two barges went by while eating dinner

Shambhavi S I am a vegetarian and its really hard to find good places to eat. Forage kitchen makes healthy meals and is super hygienic. It is my favourite go-to place for lunch. I wish they kept more vegan and vegetarian options.
