1 /5 Robert Borders: I get that everything is wild in the world today. And nothing is cheap. But to sit for 20 minutes for an order. Get fries that look like this (pic attached) and get Jr baconators instead of the baconators ordered is unreal. Then to be talked to the way the drive thru workers do is unreal. "The fries must have fallen to the bottom of the bag" removes all items from bag. No magical fries. Just disappointing. Do better.

1 /5 Anthony Janotta: Went in for a quick bite before heading back to school. I ordered through the app to make things quicker. Never received my food. I waited for 20-30 minutes for a cheeseburger. Not coming back to this location. I love wendys but holy this was insanely inconvenient for me.

1 /5 Tabitha Sullivan: You can tell they refried the fries and handed them out to customers. Burger not cooked thoroughly nor the bacon. Horrible service, not friendly. Food taste disgusting, one bite and I knew I couldnt finish the meal or I would get sick. Avoid this Wendys at all cost. Its better to starve than eat here.

1 /5 Tori Baker: Time stamp: (08/23/2025) 8:40pm - 10:00pm. Waited in the drive through line for about 10-15 minutes before we could start our order. Ordered our food going through the drive through. Granted we ordered quite a bit of food. Truthfully though, speaking as a former restaurant employee it wasn’t that big of an order that you could mess it up. Here’s what we ordered : 20pc Honey BBQ Saucy Nuggs, 2x Large fries, 1 Medium Carmel Crunch Frosty Fusion, 1 Large Lemonade, 1 Medium Ravens Blood Frosty, 1 Chicken sandwich, 10pc Half spicy half regular chicken nuggets, and finally 2x Baconator Fries. Drive through employee was super patient super nice. Get to the window she still has patience, still is nice. We pay and she asks us to pull forward for our food after handing us our drinks. We waited about 10 minutes, again no big deal. Got our food and pulled out of the parking lot, drove 1.5 minutes away from the restaurant only to realize we are missing half our food so we go back. Get back to the restaurant tell them we’re missing our food and the employee didn’t seem to care, after about 5 more minutes of waiting to get the rest of our food, the manager finally asks if we have been helped and eventually the problem is fixed and we leave with all of our food. Once we dig into our food, everything was fine except two things, 1 being the 2 Large fries were hard and not edible to the point where basically more than 1 whole one was thrown away and this is all that was edible (pic) and 2 this is supposed to be the saucy nuggs (pic) ????? So basically we bought over priced regular chicken nuggets that we had to sauce up ourselves. $50.00 worth of food and to be honest won’t be doing that again.
