2 /5 Lauri B: 9/11/2025: After my recent 4 night 5 day stay in the LAuberge casino, I made an observation. No casino restaurants, unless high end, are that great. They know you will have to eat and probably dont want to leave the property, so theres no real incentive for them to be on their A game. Johnny Sanchez is no exception. We ate there twice during our stay. Why? Because it was convenient. Although the waitresses both times were nice, the service was snail slow. The tea tasted off because I think their water is not filtered. The food is bland. The options are good for breakfast, lunch, and sharables, but the food itself was subpar. I wouldnt have complained a bit if the speed of the service was at least quick. Not a fan of waiting in a super freezing cold restaurant.
