Tolliver Gilliland Something you have to experience while in Shreveport. Friendly staff, Shrimp Buster was excellent. Be sure to add the slaw and sauce to it. Bread pudding was probably the best I’ve ever had. I’ll be back if I am ever in the area again.

Aleksei Plotnikov Its a nice place. Unfortunately, they messed up my order. I asked for frog legs, but they served catfish. I had to pay extra. I still ordered frog legs, but they were overcooked. Despite the misunderstanding, the staff was very friendly and polite. The selection of dishes was excellent.

Melissa Madere The service was great. Very good Country Food. We had a choice of buffet or menu. We chose the menu. I had a small chicken grilled chicken salad, hubby had fried chicken sandwich with fired orka. We ordered an appetizer, Fried Broccoli.

arlana wiltz Very authentic. In the picture I ordered the Pollo Azteca and would order this every time I visit Hacienda. It came with steak, shrimp, and chicken. Service was quick. I believe the name of the man serving our food was Ralpheal (not sure if spelled correctly) but he was awesome. He made sure everything was as such and had a friendly manner. I told him that my margarita didn’t taste like it had any liquor in it and he personally bought a bottle of tequila to the table and poured more in my margarita. Would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will return!

Candice Adams Highly recommended! My hotel suggested this spot, and I’m so glad they did. The Atchafalaya was the standout, incredibly flavorful and exceeded my expectations. I returned the next day for the well-seasoned fish and shrimp platter, but the Atchafalaya is definitely the must-order dish here so far.

Chapter IV - New Orleans

James Mims I visited Chapter IV for their Saturday brunch. I ordered the Oyster Rockefeller and the Grilled Redfish. The Oyster Rockefeller came with crispy fried oysters, creamed spinach, pickled red onions and jalapeños. The dish needed a bit of salt but was otherwise great! The Grilled Redfish came with crab fried rice and grilled zucchini/squash. The fish was cooked to perfection. The crab fried rice offered a nice contrast in texture to the flaky fish. The grilled vegetables were simple but nice.
