1 /5 Barbara Davis: I have been eating with Shanes for years bringing my out of town guest to there place, I g there every Sunday but thus Sunday order my usually 2 meat rib and chicken double Cole salt. My chicken was ok, my rib were burnt to a crisp could not eat because they were so hard and the had a smell and taste spoiled I called the same day I got they told me to bring back I said I was not going to bring back that they but I would it should have been noted on there end that I called I had my receipt and everything, thinking they would make good on what was wrong oh know they say 10 percent on a 22.50 order which is 2. 25 cent no way that all they can do. What they should have done is replace the ribs arw given credit for a order of ribs which was same price of the ribs I brought, I will never eat there again poor customer service spoiled food silver Star is open there us where I will spend tmy money and carry my out of top guest. I was horrible for them say only a 10 percent they could credit. They loss me and others may not mean nothing to them to lose a customer but people work hard for there money to get spoiled food,, from a restaurant, then to insult me by says all they can give is 10 percent. Check you food whoever reading this to make sure it is not spoiled etc. I will never eat there again never I mean never
