Restaurant Rebirth - (Near New Orleans, LA)

Anita King My family went there yesterday for Christmas, and oh my goodness! The food was amazing, we each had steaks that just melted in your mouth. So tender you could easily cut it with a butter knife. And the lemon cheesecake was to die for. Unfortunately, they were out of the blueberry compote, because that makes it 10x’s better, but still amazing on its own. So light and fluffy! The service was great, Kaitlyn was our server, and she did fantastic! Especially for how busy they were. Every table was full, yet the manager, Joey, still made sure to greet every table and kept things flowing. He made sure my 97 year old mother was taken care of and well attended to. We absolutely love this place and will, of course, be returning.

JAMIE VEADE If I could give Ruffino’s on the river 6 stars I would. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a party of 8. Every detail was perfect down to the communication with the staff to accommodate seating. The waitress was amazing and kind. Very friendly. The food choices were great. Appetizers and entree’s were on point. Absolute perfect evening celebrating with friends. Can’t wait to go back. Ruffino’s knocked it out the park!!

Taylor Stringam I stopped in here for a solo dinner while visiting New Orleans and Im so glad I did. The service was excellent, and the staff all made excellent drink and food recommendations. All the food I ordered was very good, but the pork chops were absolutely delicious (maybe the best pork chops Ive ever eaten?). Go for the prix fixe menu if you have the time and the appetite for three courses! They also have a pretty good wine selection and their cocktails were unique and delicious!

David McLaughlin We just finished an amazing experience with friends at Christiano for our supper club revival. We arrived early and went to the bar, which is very well-appointed, both in terms of its selection of spirits (I noticed a bottle of Stag when taking a quick glance) and decor. Lots of seating, and perfect whether you’re a couple on a date or with a group of eight. First, get the gnocchi for the day, whatever it is. Order at least one more appetizer to test the variety of flavors and experience how they’re layered. Excellent service from experienced servers who are knowledgeable as well as personable. Beautiful presentation. I could go on and on but I should let you go. Really great coffee, too. We can’t wait to get back, that’s for sure.

Celeste Cheramie Its been many years since Ive been to Fremins, and I already cant wait to go back. The food was phenomenal. Presentation was as beautiful. Service was out of this world. We were treated very well, and since it was our anniversary they made it special by writing Happy Anniversary on our dessert plates. Highly recommend this place! Also the prices are very reasonable considering that its a fine dining establishment with the quality of food even being up to par for this Cajun woman.

Scarlet Nichole We celebrated my birthday dinner at GW Fins, and it absolutely lived up to its stellar reputation. Reservations are a must—and for good reason. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server, Chloe, was exceptional and truly elevated the entire experience. The table was decorated with birthday confetti, which was such a thoughtful and celebratory touch. The cocktails were beautifully made, but the food was the real star of the evening. We each ordered different fish dishes, and every single one was outstanding—perfectly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and genuinely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It’s one of those meals you keep talking about long after it’s over. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommend, and we absolutely hope to return on a future visit to New Orleans.
