5 /5 Sarah: I’ve visited To Pho twice since they’ve opened. The first time I went during lunch, I ordered the vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken. Everything was fresh and it was a good portion. In my opinion, this was a perfect portion for lunch and wasn’t too heavy. The veggies were high quality and the chicken was grilled perfectly without being too dry. The crushed peanuts, fish oil, and lime on the side was a nice touch. I requested a side of chili oil, because although the dish has a good flavor, I prefer a little more spice.
The second time I went for dinner, and I got the Bun Bo Hue. This is a soup served with a variety of beef meat, vermicelli noodles, and chili oil. It had bean sprouts, fresh jalapeños and lime on the side for garnish. Again this was the perfect serving size and the broth was bursting with flavor.
You can really tell that the owners put a lot of pride and joy into their dishes. I will definitely be returning to try more menu items!!
