Place an order today over the phone. Was transferred at least 2 to 3 times. By the, time I spoke to the third lady her attitude was strong. You could tell, right off the back she was aggravated and pissy. I felt like I had to kill her with kindness. Speak with respect like yes ma’am, no ma’am, and I was scared to place my order. You work at a restaurant. You are the one that should be speaking to me with the FULL RESPECT . Have you ever heard of customer service? I am born and raised in Saint Bernard Parish. I am sick and tired of this old restaurant, disrespecting the customers of Saint Bernard. This ain’t the first time. I have been into the restaurant. I have ordered things over the phone & overall people nowadays do not show respect. The only reason why I keep coming back because the place is clean and the food is good, but I’m getting tired. People can only take so much bullshit. You don’t like your job move on. I wanna see smiles on your face, yes ma’am, no ma’am good customer service and be treated like you are happy with me coming in and purchasing your items.
