Cork on Saginaw - (Near Flint, MI)

Mike Sulfridge Been here a few times but had an experience on Monday 10/20 that deserves a review. 1st, I had a sushi roll as an app and as always it was fresh and very good. For an entree I got the Prime Rib Po boy. It was very good as all the things I have gotten here before. I wasnt sure what beer to get and Lyz and Taylor the bartenders, who are awesome and always do a great job, gave me several samples. Ended up with a Labats and was rightfully shamed a little for it, after having several craft beer samples. Now to the reason for this review. I had a small mishap with a crab cake, nothing major. I told Lyz about it, just for her information. Unbeknownst to me she informed a manager, not the reason I told her about it. James showed up and overly apologized and offered to make things right, which is not the reason why I told Lyz. The care and concern he showed over what to me was just a small thing really impressed me. Fish Bones should be proud to have people like Lyz, the manager James, and the other very good and personable bartender, Taylor, as representatives for their organization.

De Vaughn Elledge We had a great time at this place. It was crowded because a Tiger game was going to start soon but that dull the experience. Everyone was buzzing around but made sure we were taken care of. The food was great and I loved being on the upper floor being able to see outside. We will definitely make a return visit!

James Miller Update: I was back in town and decided to have dinner here. Great choice. So many good dishes to choose from. Highly recommend. Great eclectic place attached to our hotel. I loved the “social misfit” vibe. We were just here for drinks, but the food looked amazing. Next time we’re in town we’ll have dinner here too. Definitely recommend.

Monica Jackson 1st time visiting. Very nice, quaint coffee house. I had a mango smoothie that came with WHIPPED CREAM on top! The was a first. And it was sooo delicious! I really appreciated and enjoyed the gluten free banana bread. Overall a great meet-up place.

KiraNohara This was an amazing food experience! When Kassidy came to the table, she was kind, a smile on her face as she took my order. I wasnt sure what I should get, and she was helpful with showing me some items she loved to get at this establishment! I ended up getting the burger, as well as onion rings with ranch on the side. It was a really good combo, and I loved it! Also the drinks were made perfectly! Thank you Kassidy for the great service! Will be making my way back her when up in Michigan again! 10/10!

lamont My mom and I stopped by Taylors Famous Daves BBQ restaurant after church for Sunday dinner, and we were both blown away by both the food & the service! We ordered the BBQ ribs with that perfectly smoked BBQ sauce, along with creamy mac and cheese, delicious coleslaw, and crispy French fries that were seasoned just right — not too salty. We also loved that they offer a great selection of non-alcoholic beverages, which made the meal even more enjoyable and family-friendly. Everything came out hot, fresh, and absolutely mouthwatering. I believe what really made our visit special was our waitress, Jenn. She was absolutely wonderful — super sweet, kind, and genuinely down-to-earth. Jenn went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and checked on us with such a warm beautiful smile. Her friendly attitude and top-notch customer service truly made the xperience one to remember. She’s really the kind of person who makes you feel right at home, and we’ll definitely be asking for her the next time we come back!
