5 /5 Rebecca Krawczak: One of the most satisfying meals I’ve ever had. Woah. Try the slightly spicy chicken (tinga) tacos, you won’t regret it. The rice tastes great and they give you complimentary chips and salsas. I really enjoyed my frozen strawberry daiquiri. Such a satisfying experience overall, definitely recommend this place!

1 /5 Anthony Mckinstry: The food & drinks were great. What was unfortunate was the way we were treated by this establishments so called “ manager “ julio. He was extremely disrespectful to my wife when figuring out out where we were going to be sat. He wasn’t just rude once he was incredibly rude 3 times during our whole visit. We waited over an hour for a table of 7 ( 3 adults , 4 kids ) we drove over an hour because we heard nothing but good reviews of this place. WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN . 5 /5 Mario Kasuba: Had one of the best experiences at a restaurant! The staff is always friendly and they are timely on everything! I woul like to give a shout out to the bartender Stephanie and Fernanda. The drinks were strong and creative! They were nothing but great and I will definitely be going up there because of them! so if you love a good authentic, Mexican food and great service go to Los Charros!

1 /5 Anthony W: Ordered a taco 6 pack and some other dishes from here I got just steak in the taco six pack and this is how one of the steak tacos sat in the box. No extra meat in the box either as if it had fallen out. Not to mention taco shells falling apart. Place is usually good but this was absurd it was literally a speckle of steak in my taco. Idk what kinda ignorant people work there but this is insane.

3 /5 Heather Van Etten: I worked as a waitress for nearly 10 years before becoming an elementary school teacher, so I am extremely patient and understanding when it comes to service. I know how demanding the job is, especially during busy times, and I almost never get upset with servers. Unfortunately, our experience with our server at Taqueria Los Charros was disappointing. Our server was rude and dismissive from the start. When I asked for a margarita without triple sec, I was told they “didn’t have time” to make it that way because they were too busy. I was also told it was “illegal” to order queso fundido without chorizo and that it had to be on the side. The way this was explained came across as condescending rather than helpful. After our food was brought out, we were told there was no silverware, even after waiting about 15 minutes. I eventually walked to the bar myself and received silverware immediately. That made the situation even more frustrating, as it clearly wasn’t unavailable, it just wasn’t brought to us. As a former server, I completely understand being overwhelmed. What I don’t understand is being rude or unprofessional because of it. Being busy is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. That said, the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and everyone else we interacted with was pleasant. If it weren’t for the service we received from our waitress, this would have been a great experience overall. I truly hope this was an off night, because the food itself is worth coming back for.
