Applebees Grill + Bar - (Near Bronx, NY)

1 /5 Star Syk: I am very disappointed based on the experience that me and my friend had while going to Applebees today. The host(Kai) was very kind, respectful and sweet. When i went to ask her how many minutes it was going to take for us to be sat, and she was talking to us. There was a server named Mary storming towards the host stand and was very upset about the hostess not telling the costumers about them not having burgers. I felt like it was a little weird because how do you guys not have burgers ?? But anyways, to keep this short, she was very disrespectful to the host and I also felt like it was unprofessional for her to do it in front of customers too. I asked the host if she was okay and she said that she was but I felt really bad. Every time I see this particular host, she always has a smile on her face, keeps the conversations going, do her best to make me and my friend happy or comfortable,and sit us in a fast pace.

1 /5 Pamela Lantigua: Order # 40819441288822798 Made an online order at 7:04pm Arrived at the restaurant around 7:25 (the same time the order was estimated to be complete. I arrived, asked for the order, and the desk lady said to please allow her 5 minutes. I said, “Sure, no problem.” It is now 7:35pm. I asked for an update, and a gentleman said, “Yes, Pamela’s order, we are just waiting for the drinks.” Time passes: 7:45 pm, 7:55 pm, “still waiting for the drinks.” Mind you, there are multiple people at the corner of the bar making jokes and laughing. At that point, the best option was to request a refund. If you are looking to stop by or do a pickup order, please think twice and find somewhere else. Go to a place where customer service is provided. And no, a courtesy was not provided either. You can hear the same employees complaining about the bad service as well.

2 /5 Melissa M: Service is horrible and wait time is crazy most nights from 6pm - closing time. The waiters always take forever to take your order. Food also takes a while to come out as well. I think this is mainly due to being understaffed. The employees are all nice it’s just they are so backtracked and busy with so many customers. I usually always get steak bowl and I’ve gone like 5 times here already and it’s not being cooked right almost as if it is soggy and sometimes the food is cold.

4 /5 Rodney Byke: Took my daughter for Dinner, The Service was good, Almost felt Over looked but the server was kind enough to let me know to Use the Digital menu If I needed extra items and To Pay. The food this time around was Good Except for the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper chicken Tenders, that had 2 pieces that was so Hard and unable to chew except the third piece was pretty good. The Bangin Burger was Great, and The Cinnabon Swirls was pretty good , You get a decent amount for $11
