2 /5 Marcus Williams Jr: This restaurant has a lot of potential to be great. I had it bookmarked for a year or so, prior to going for the first time in December 2025. We were originally supposed to be a table party of 8, but unfortunately, we were only 5 in the end. When I made the reservation, only 5pm and 8pm seatings were available. However, the morning of the reservation, I asked to change to a later time if possible and I was grateful that they allowed us a 5:30 time slot instead.
The service was very slow, even after we confirmed that the 3 last guests were not attending. From waiting to order food, to waiting for bread, to waiting for our food to come - each wait was painfully long. This was nearly a 3-hour dinner service from the time we were seated to the time we left. We ordered a baked brie as an appetizer - which was pretty decent and flavorful. For an entree, I ordered the lamb, medium rare, with an additional side of duck risotto. The lamb was very rare, and it came with a couscous under it (see photo). It was some of the worst couscous I had ever had - no one at the table liked it. Around 6:30, an hour into us sitting down, a large party was sat in the dining room just behind us. They were so loud with guests in their party shouting constantly that it was hard for any of us to have conversations during dinner. I was grateful for the candle in the creme brulee for my birthday, but I didnt care it either.
I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone. Had the service been quicker, or even just more attentive, Id have considered trying the restaurant again after this time. It was unanimous amongst all of the guests in my party that we were disappointed and wouldnt want to return here.
