Georgia We celebrated our wedding dinner here with our families and both the food and customer service were above and beyond! Jim, the owner, set us up with our own private dining room and three burners for our fondue pots. He came around to check on us a lot and checked our burner, which we really appreciated! Our waitress, Savannah, was absolutely amazing! She made sure we each got lots of fondue pots, kept track of who wanted what (fondue, broth and food-wise) and was super kind, attentive and just an absolute gem. There were 11 of us so the orders were understandably complicated, and she did a flawless job making sure everything went smoothly. The staff as a whole also went above and beyond with gestures to help us celebrate and really make the night unforgettable! A picture of all of us put into a card, two Melting Pot wine glasses and a separate “Thank you for celebrating with us” card were all given to me and my husband to take home. On top of that, they decorated a plate with icing and images to say “Just Married.” It was beyond amazing! The food itself was stellar as always. We’ve gone to other Melting Pot locations and were so happy to have the Wisconsin Cheddar, Loaded Baked Potato and Alpine Cheddar fondues, Court Bouillon and Coq Au Vin broths, and the Flaming Turtle and Yin Yang dessert fondues! We got a spread of food items and salads to enjoy straight up or cook together. We feasted like kings and queens! We wanted to thank everyone at the Melting Pot for their amazing service, food, and how they all went the extra mile to make our night truly special. I highly recommend this location for your next family get-together or big celebratory meal!

Timothy Brown Such a fun place! My wife and I arrived at 11:45am on a Monday for a post-movie brunch and Cafe Luxembourg did not disappoint! We sat at the bar and shared a bottle of Rose, onion soup, salade nicoise with yellowfin tuna, zucchini fries, and the warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Everything was great and the buzzing atmosphere added to the experience. Highly recommend!

Barbara Milano The food was excellent. Very fresh. The veggie frittata had a unique variety of fresh vegetables and was cooked to perfection. The waiter was very attentive and we never had to wait for anything. We were so lucky because it was a perfect day so we got to enjoy our meal outside. It was truly delightful dining experience!❤️

Jeff O This place was excellent! What a gem right in downtown Utica... The place is very unassuming, and is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Im not one that goes often to what I would call a "fancy" restaurant, but motus was very approachable, with wonderful food. The food was absolutely incredible, from the amuse bouche all the way through our entrees, it was all served hot, obviously cooked to order, and each plate just as delicious as the next. I had the mushroom polenta to start with, the motus burger and the sweet corn grits. Just amazing... The service was also just as good. Nikki, our server, was just the right amount of attentive, and was knowledgeable about the food. For a smaller place, one would expect that they need to turn over tables quickly, but not here. It was comfortable and we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend motus to anyone in the area, and its proximity to the Stanley makes it a perfect place for a pre-show dinner. We will definitely be back...and soon.

Desia Royal I came here on 12/13/2025 for my best friend’s partners birthday! We did have to circle the block twice for parking. They offer valet parking but I don’t think that was available that day IDK. The food and atmosphere were amazing and CLEAN! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was dimmed with a beautiful candle light in the center of the table! We started off with Mocktails we all got the Pear and lavender Fizz! What a divine drink! The bread was fresh and warm. We had 2 orders of Pappardelle, fried Calamari, lamb lollipops and the featured dish which came with the 20 oz steak, asparagus and mashed potatoes. A time was had and the food was FRESH,we enjoyed and will most definitely be back!

Patricia Mosca This was my first visit to the marina several weeks ago and I was very impressed. The floor to ceiling windows offer an incredible view of the marina from everywhere in the restaurant and gives the place a feeling of serenity. Some of the food I tried would rival some of the best Manhattan steakhouse and seafood restaurants. The food was perfectly prepared and plated beautifully The seafood tower as an appetizer was very impressive with right off the boat fresh tasting clams, oysters, very large shrimp and lobster. The tuna tartare had a very unique and delicious sauce and was mounded on an absolutely delicious fried disk. My other two stand out appetizers were the seafood salad and, a surprise, what they call an Italian eggroll With really delicious Italian red sauce. If you are a lobster bisque lover this lobster bisque was to die for. The Châteaubriand was cooked exactly as ordered, medium rare with house made barbecue sauce and Demi glace which were both excellent with a roasted garlic bulb creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. The very fresh angry red snapper came on top of broccoli rabe and was topped with very fresh premium crab meat. The best part of this dish for me was the ring of gnocchi around the fish that were like little pillows of softness. The variety of desserts are homemade and all were delicious. If you happen to be there on a nice day and the tiki bar is still open, it is definitely worth sitting out there for a cocktail and a dessert and coffee. I can’t wait to go back there in several weeks for my birthday.
