Deborah Sarmir We have been to La Canard on several occasions, and we have never been disappointed. The drinks are absolutely scrumptious! If youve ever wondered what a well made martini tastes like, this is a terrific place to try one. I highly recommend the Vesper Martini...3 parts gin to 1 part vodka with Lillet and lemon garnish! For MYE, we went here for a late night gourmet meal. I started with an incredible thick and flavorful lobster bisque (taking a break from one of my favorites there...the French onion soup!) My entree was the braised lamb shank with roasted tomato in a port raisin sauce. My fiancee started with an Arugula salad and a delicious special that consisted of scallops over spinach. Every bite was delicious!! It literally felt as if we were back eating in a high end restaurant in Paris...in fact this was even better than some of the meals we had there. Our waitress was also fantastic. Highly attentive and funny! So if youre in the mood for a bit of delicious French cuisine right here in Hudson Valley, I highly recommend giving Le Canard a try.

Dena Feldman Was not expecting this to live up to the hype but I was happily wrong. The service here was amazing. Chelsea was a phenomenal waitress who answered all of our questions about allergies and sharing portions etc. There’s nothing better than having your chilled glass refreshed with a new chilled glass halfway through the meal. Food also was delicious. The veggie burger wasn’t my favorite but I wasn’t upset by it. Everything else I got I would order again. The best bite was by far the mango sushi roll. So refreshing and light 10/10 recommend. My one note atmosphere wise is that it felt like I was sitting in a desk chair and the lighting seemed to change throughout the meal which was a bit distracting.

Maya Parmeter I had an incredible dinner at American Bounty. Thanks to my friend who is a CIA student, we were able to get the best seats in the house and tour the kitchen after we ate! Everything I had was exceptional! The oysters were extremely fresh, the duck entree paired with a glass of Chaos Theory red wine was amazing and lastly the Dulcey Bar dessert was the perfect ending to the night. The service and atmosphere was also fantastic. If you’re looking for somewhere to go for a special occasion I can’t recommend CIA Restaurants enough!

Quinn Granger Let me start off by saying my fiancé and i’s experience here was amazing! From the second we got there we were welcomed by the very kind hostess and led to our booth right by the bar we had a great server as well we both started off with soups, the tomatoe soup for me has always been a staple here ever since I was young. I haven’t been back since 2017 ish and the tomatoe soup is as amazing as i remember it! My fiance got French onion and that was fantastic as well both had great flavor and were both a great temperature. Then we had the surf and turf, and the rack of lamb. Both were great and the way both dishes were layered and set up were amazing. The sides were well flavored and different from other restaurants in the area. We both got desserts. The molten chocolate cake and the apple pie. I haven’t been this excited about a restaurant in a long long time. The service the food and quality is something I look for. This place outperformed my expectations. I absolutely will be returning! And the small dish portions were a perfect size after the soups! Again a absolutely phenomenal experience!

Linda Pogor Fantastic. We were visiting friends in town and they took us here. What a beautiful venue+ Magical. Dishes are expertly crafted and ample. I dare you to leave hungry!

Anel Mota Mariel was the best, she was very friendly and funny. The music was great and the food was even better. I definitely recommend 100% The atmosphere was nice and vibrant.
