Ruby Tuesday - (Near Amsterdam, NY)

4 /5 Nordlaw: When on a quiet night with three adults and four children. Was not busy. Food did not take long and was delicious. Our server / waitress was phenomenal and funny. Salad bar was fresh and loaded. The cheeseburger I had was fantastic. Only downside was they didnt have fountain drinks or water unless it was out of the bottle. Not their fault although with the limitations especially for children I didnt expect to get charged what we did for every drink. Normally yes. But its not our fault that your machine is broken. Four kids drink a lot of chocolate milk lol. Anyway thats more of a management complaint then with anyone that we dealt with. Our experience was good. Although I generally avoid chains this particular Ruby Tuesdays always seems to deliver.

5 /5 Jacqueline Vogel: Went to Ruby Tuesdays this evening. I had the scallops & Shrimp with a baked potatoe & broccoli. It was excellent. They were very busy but our server was very attentive. tonight I tried the Ramen bowl with steak. I was very disappointed. I dont know if it was because the steak was really overcooked or because they use tough cuts for this dish. it was very tough and hard to cut. The dish itself was tasty but I would not recommend it with the steak.

2 /5 Elaine Doremus: The salad bar was great.The mozz sticks were stale and bland. I put in a complaint. Make sure if you order them that they are fresh. When home I put garlic powder and ranch dressing on them but no improvement.

3 /5 Norma Ackert: I was there on 9/8. Only about 4 other couples in restaurant at 1 p.m. My husband ordered ribs which were good but I odered the steak noodle bowl. The noodles had great flavor but the steak tips were so hard you could have bounced them off the wall. I told the waitress how overcooked they were. She made no apology or attempt to bring me a replacement. When she returned to the table to ask if we needed another drink, I asked if she told the chef the ramen noodle steak tips were extremely over cooked. She said yes and left. When I received the bill no compensation for uneatable meat was made. Very disappointed with this meal and the service. I did tip the waitress the 20% because she did not cook the food but she also appeared poorly trained in customer service. I have enjoyed their salad bar many times but something seems to be going in wrong direction in Amsterdam restaurant. Its a great location and very clean and comfortable atmosphere but food needs to be consistently good and help must be well trained to deal with genuine complaints.
