Taylors Country House - (Near Norwich, NY)

Jes Aguilar First time here on a date with a friend who is about to move away from NYC. We have previously had adventures in Little Italy and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Our interactions with the staff were top notch. Our server, Don, was marvelous. The baked clams were to die for and the black spaghetti with crab meat was everything. The Limoncello Martini’s paired excellently with our meals.

Michael Krossber The Cove was the perfect dinner & atmosphere for a date night with my wife. The lakefront view is incredible. I had the Ribeye & she had the Chicken Gorgonzola. The flavor was fantastic. The martinis were mixed perfectly too! The only thing that made this beyond a 5 star experience was our server Lisa. She was outgoing & knowledgeable. Thank you for a great dinner Lisa!

Celia White I love this restaurant. There’s a reason it’s been active and thriving for so long! The food is amazing and you can tell nothing was heated from a pouch or frozen. Delicious and homemade flavors every time

William Sprossel Got here early Saturday night. Very few people in with just the bartender as server. He was polite cordial, and accommodating. We sat in the back room next to the fireplace. I ordered 2 appetizers (chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and tator tots) both were excellent. the cbr was actually on a garlic tortilla and was amazing. Wife had grilled chicken which was juicy and flavorful. Will recommend this place to everyone

Fertal Fertal We stopped randomly on the way to a vacation in the Catskills and as soon as we left I regretted buying just a snack and a couple of treats. Came back on the way home and bought an assortment! Super delicious and absolutely worth driving through both absurd roundabouts to get there off of 84.

Jacqueline Chen Excellent all round. Quality food and tentative service. The lunch set is a must try, a sample of all the good things from this restaurant. Every item was prepared to perfection. The chicken was so tender. The lentils were hearty and tasty with just enough spice. Both and roti and naan were warm and fresh, and not too stodgy. We ordered a vegetarian set and a chicken set to so we could swap some items. It was perfect. I’ll definitely be back for the dinner service.
