Charles Olcott Perhaps its just my horrible luck, but every time I think that ok, maybe THIS time... Nope. Taco Bell dishes have been made incorrectly nearly every time Ive been in the the last few years, or order missing items. The chicken side is a nightmare. The latest time I went, they were parking cars after paying, presumably because they were out of food, and after fifteen minutes, someone came out to tell me that they shouldve told me before, but they had no chicken ready, and were just now putting in more and its gonna be another fifteen. Yes, this is a KFC place that, the last four times through, had no chicken. One time I was told they literally had none and wouldnt for a while because they only had one person "who can make it" and they were on lunch. I believe it was explained that it was to guarantee a fresh experience but no one has ever gone to a KFC expecting there to, in fact, be no chicken. The recent redesign I had hoped might help, but no. And the interior is worse now, with very small tables and what feels like much less overall seating spaces. Again, maybe its my luck is just that cursed at this particular location, but the last half dozen times Ive decided to tempt fate, Ive lost. May the odds be ever in YOUR favor.

Juan Lima This is a really large pizza restaurant and quite impressive. Had order a lunch combo which came with two giant cheese slices and a large garden salad for under 10 bucks! Have to come back and order other menu items.

Joe Fresh My daughter and I have such fond memories of Pizza Hut that we drove an hour to go to an actual restaurant with a Pizza Hut salad bar . When we got there the salad bar was already put away. Everyone there saw how disappointed we were so they went above and beyond to make us salads and bring us endless amounts of Pizza Hut dressing! Our waitress was one of the sweetest girls EVER! I would recommend this location to anyone, what a great staff! What a REALLY REALLY great staff! Thank you all so much for making our night wonderful!

Donna Duncan My friend & I went out to eat Saturday & was deciding where to go. She told me about this new place that just opened she never wenT to, Kozmos in Norwich, NY. We tried it & it was wonderful. Many sandwiches to choose from, salads, absolutely delicious. We were very satisfied with our meal, the service, surroundings, you can eat outside or in. I would highly recommend this place if you want a good meal, service & great price. I definitely will go back here again

Jennifer Magi Hands down, this little nook and cranny eatery is a must-go-to! The menu had such great variety of food options. I ended up getting the daily special, Shrimp Quesadilla and my son ordered the Brisket Mac and cheese. Lunch was so delicious that I would travel the 1 1/2 hours just to go there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Jack Voltz Even though I only stayed in Norwich for a few days, if I come back, Im definitely going to eat here again. Immediately when I walked in, the staff was very nice to us. They called my Mom and I both ladies, and that actually really means a lot to me. Other than a great atmosphere, great food too!

Nancy Tice The Greenville is a true gem in East Norwich. The food is always outstanding—delicious, fresh, and served in generous portions. The owners are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond for their customers. I recently hosted a party on a day they were closed, and they still prepared everything I needed and arranged for me to pick it up. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated! I can’t recommend The Greenville highly enough for both their amazing food and their wonderful hospitality.

Danielle Enman I enjoy Jersey Mikes overall, but this location almost always makes my order incorrectly. They hardly ever use the bread choice I selected and very frequently add toppings I didnt request, just wasting ingredients I didnt even ask for. I typically order on the app because the points add up quickly towards a free sub, but super annoying to almost never actually get what you want for a very expensive sandwich.. Never been bad enough to not be edible but for the price, would be nice to actually receive what I asked for.

Dennis Rundle Had a very tasteful breakfast. Eggs cooked as asked and seasoning on the hash browns was spot on. Service was very friendly and did not wait long at all. Would eat here again if I am in the area.
