Broken Axe Brew House - (Near Lock Haven, PA)

Reb Chizelbeak Went on a Saturday after last-minute reservations for a special event. Yes, it is on the higher end of costs, but it wasn’t ridiculous like some places. You can find items on par with places like Red Robin, so while you can splurge, you don’t have to break the bank. Serving sizes were very large and everything we had was absolutely worth the cost. Well made, plated beautifully, unique twists, and delicious. Highly recommend the mocktails. Staff was very friendly and we got some nice live music out on the patio. We will be adding the place to rotations for special occasions.

Stephanie Miller My husband and I had an afternoon to ourselves, so we decided to try this place and ended up LOVING it! They had an entire cocktail menu as well as a variety of beers on tap. I usually get beer but decided to get an espresso martini instead and it was one of the best I’ve had. Our waitress, Heather, was a big reason why we had such a great experience. She was outgoing and made us feel like regulars, asking us questions about ourselves and our daughter. The food was worth bragging about. They had a large menu of specialty hot dogs for the day which we had to try. My husband got the Waltztoberfest and I got the BLT. Both were amazing. We also got the Boozy Grandma pizza which was wood fired and cooked perfectly. Before leaving, Heather told us they make all their own sauces and other food items as well as explaining all the fun events they host to support local organizations. Would definitely suggest trying this place out. We’ll be back for sure!

Luxon Elite Cool little cafe attached to a butcher shop so you know everything is super fresh. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, I did not know what to order so he helped me out. From the dining room you can watch the trains go by. Im not kidding when I say that every bite of the food from here had more flavor than I get in an entire meal most other places. Please go support this awesome local gem.

Sarah Ramen was a decent price for the amount you get and it was delicious. The place was nice and cozy and the server was very kind and attended to us for any needs. The boba tea was also delicious as well as the dumplings.

Lissa Lou Great food and service. I have to say I was impressed at how accommodating they were with our puppy we brought in. It’s very difficult when traveling with pets and finding some place to eat. It’s much easier in the summer when places have outdoor seating but when it’s winter it’s nearly impossible. I called Ted’s this morning asking and explained the situation and they were more than happy to take us and put us in their indoor patio and then the heaters on for us. We had the room to ourselves which was really nice. Our server was friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to bring the little fur puppy in with us. He was so good and happy to be able to come eat with us. We will definitely be back because of great the food and service was.

Adelaide Miller Stopped here for family breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it! We were seated quickly, got our drinks, and once we ordered, were served in a good amount of time. It was hard to choose, but I ordered the Eggs Benedict, which was very flavorful and delicious. The home fries that came with it were surprisingly crispy, which I loved. We also tried their large stack of pancakes, which is three enormous pancakes served with whipped butter on top. The crispy edges on the pancakes were 10/10. We all enjoyed the food and can’t wait to come back again!
