Adam Barr I travel a bit for work and have been in the area for a few weeks. I typically shy away from Mexican places as Im spoiled by the one in my home town.
I was down that way this afternoon and figured why not.
The food is good. Real good. A shining star among the Mexican joints ive tried.
I got the super ranchero enchiladas or whatever it was. 5 enchiladas,. Ground beef, chicken, steak, bean, and cheese.
What stands out is the quality of ingredients.
The chicken and beef particularly, were exceptional cuts of meat with absolutely nothing that would constitute a thought of "I would have trimmed that piece off". Which is typical at most places.
My only criticism, I had a booth and like to sit right on the edge. The seat, while comfy offered little edge support and it felt as if I may slide off the edge lol
And for what its worth. A Mexican place offering a tall draft dos Equis, if its not a 32oz you should probably close the doors. This place has it right.
This place checks all the boxes.
Edit:
I came back today. Ordered the exact same thing and it was equally great.
Oh, and they put me in a table this time lol.
