Angela DeGrazio This is a great place to eat! Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was fabulous!! Best I’ve had! Very spacious seating and great atmosphere. There is a large fireplace that adds a nice glow and comfy feel to the dining area. Our server was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Amy Hunnicutt Food is always great! Bartenders know how to make a great drink! Friendly staff! Maggie is our server 98% of the time because we ask for her. ❤️ We love the venue set up! St. Patty’s Day ☘️ was awesome! They had a talented acoustic performer, Russ Wilburn, in the main restaurant and then a really great band, Silver Screen, in the back venue! In the summer, we enjoy the outdoor seating.

Kacie Erb We love the Johnstown Inn! It is a regular dinner spot for us these days. It is so hard to find a consistently good bar or restaurant in the area anymore. The food and service are always good and I love the drink options. So many places don’t do a seasonal cocktail menu (or do it well) but the Jtown Inn always has great recipes. Most recently I had a cider drink there with vodka and also a pumpkin espresso martini - both excellent and they had the most adorable garnishes! As far as food goes, the Friday night fish dinners are delicious. You also can’t go wrong with the wings or Stromboli. Even the chicken parm is great. The prices are very reasonable as well. Every waiter, waitress, or bartender we’ve had there has been very kind and attentive. We highly recommend the Johnstown Inn!

Aidan Morrissey I just came into Scott’s By Dam by happenstance in the middle of the day for lunch. I was so pleasantly surprised with the excellent price, ambiance and the friendly staff. Scott did such an excellent job at making me feel welcome and valued. The food quantity was enormous as well, the large Buffalo chicken taco was massive as well as delicious. I highly recommend coming to try the food and meeting the wonderful people here.

Mas Rellek One of the best in mall.restaurants youll ever go to. Although we waited 5-10mins for our server who was very nice, rhe food was excellent. We had the farlic bread pizza, a sausage 12" inch pizza whoch was ok but the everyrhing strombolis was awesome. They give you drinks in mason jars and the kids can draw all.over the paper placemat. Quality of food is awesome. We also had wings because rhey were on soecial.and those were very good as well.

Graham Clarke Very good service. The food was excellent. We had a Dynamite roll, Nykos roll, and the Love roll. All were excellent. Great taste and pleasing textures. We also had seared ahi tuna, which was also very good. We also ordered green tea and we got a whole pot with beautiful tea cups to drink from. The restaurant itself is rather nice and stately and unique from the outside. It has lots of parking and is nice enough for a formal dinner, date, or family get together. When you walk in, There is an elegant welcoming hall with staff dressed in black and white dress clothes. We were greeted with smiles and seated immediately. As we walked into the main room with tile floors with Italianesque murals along the walls greeted us. We were visiting on a Friday night and there were a couple of families with young kids. It was very quiet when I went and the design of the rooms seem to absorb sound nicely even with happy active young kids. There was a selection of many booths and tables of various sizes to accommodate almost any size party you want. We chose a booth and it was quite private and comfy. We seemed to sink into our booth and enjoyed the privacy. The waitress was fantastic, helpful, and quite nice. The food came quickly and was presented well on elegant china plates. Thank you for a Great experience and Fantastic food.

Patrick R I had a breaded chicken salad which was delicious. It seems they pay a lot of attention to detail and presentation, unusual for a tavern. A little disappointed they did not have any dark beer or strong ales on draft.

Derrick Bautista A Surprising Vegan Delight at Vida Verde I’ve always been a bit hesitant about vegan food, but Vida Verde changed my perspective. I stopped by around 9 AM and was pleasantly surprised they were open—perfect for breakfast! I ordered the “Tuna” Sandwich (made with chickpeas), and it was delicious. It had a great texture and a flavorful spice kick that made it anything but boring. It really hit the spot. The owner was incredibly welcoming and shared that their birria bowls, sausage, and buffalo wings are customer favorites. They even mentioned that his personal favorite is the breakfast sandwich. Overall, the food was delicious, the folks were friendly, and I’m definitely coming back to explore the rest of the menu. If you’re vegan, vegan-curious, or just love good food—this place is worth a visit.

Pep Cavaliere Went for lunch with 6 coworkers. Food was fantastic. Everyone had something different. Noone had a complaint. Service was excellent. Open and comfortable spaces. Price was very reasonable.

Brenda Walsh On a gals road trip between Flight 93 National Memorial and Buttermilk Falls in Indiana, PA we were sooooo hungry for lunch. Being hungry on country roads just increases hunger, not passing by any restaurants. We ended up looking up nearby restaurants and found this one with Google review stars worthy of our visit. It was well worth the visit. Our server was pleasant and efficient, the menu quite extensive, food flavorful, and price fair. We both opted for the Captain salad (me choosing chicken, my friend choosing steak) with fries on top. I also elected a pierogi starter for us to share. Everything was delicious.

The wait time was short, and the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing. The service was top-notch, and the food was both fresh and expertly prepared. My selection was the shrimp and grits, paired with a side of fried fish, while my husband opted for the chicken and waffles, accompanied by a side of grits. Furthermore, we ordered a serving of garlic parm wings, which were truly delectable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind while listening to jazz music and enjoy a delicious meal!!

Ruffner Lowman I was introduced to Anthony’s decades ago (1995) when I had my wedding reception there. They do an excellent job of catering an event, I also bought their chicken tenders for my son’s graduation party and once again they didn’t disappoint. If you haven’t had them, you should. In recent years they have added a brick oven for traditional Italian pizza, which is really good. I recently tried the house made fettuccine a la Bolognese, very authentic. The staff are very attentive, plus the manager and chef stopped by to make sure everything was okay.

chad howell Always watch social media for their specials because they are excellent! Made it for the grilled peach salad (pictured) and an amazing creme brule (not pictured). Eddie was doing his chef thing and Ashlyn did a great job serving! Great crew!
