5 /5 Syemon: All I have to say is wow! This is probably the best breakfast spot I found here in Edinburgh, Texas in the last three years. Upon entry, you agreed by the hostesses, seated immediately, it was pretty crowded and there already but we did get a seat of our choice. As you can see from some of my pics and video, it was well maintained, great atmosphere, bright, and filled with smile, smiles. I ordered an omelette with sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, potatoes, and a side of fruit which was cooked to perfection, flavorful and portioned very well. Also ordered the chorizo omelette with avocado, that was super delicious especially when I put it on the English muffin. It was so savory. The coffee was on point and the water with lemon. It was so refreshing. Our server KYA was amazing, gave us great recommend recommendations and was very attentive. Definitely recommend the broken egg café.
