Ed Stuard Was there Thursday mid-afternoon; the BBQ was incredible! I had the sausage sandwich with potato salad and onion rings. Couldnt be better! Delicious. And the prices are too low. As great as it was, the best was the service. The ladies there were patient, helpful, kind and showed real care for us. While there, so many residents came in, including the Sheriff. When the Sheriff chooses your restaurant, thats proof its good! And the workers were inviting and welcoming to everyone! Such a pleasant place! If I lived there, Id eat here every single day, guaranteed. Owner, manager, and workers: THANK YOU for all you do!

MATTHEW KIEFFER Stopped by here last night, and it was well worth it. The 747 (burger shown), was downright delicious! I had everything on it, I believe it was mustard, mayo, bacon, two patties, cheese & tomato. The other item is the loaded tots, and they did not disappoint. They have shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, boneless wings & jalapeños. I would definitely recommend, and will return.

Lauri B 8/23/2025: Great service, fun space, and good drink prices. We arrived late, so we were only able to stay for one drink, but Skylar was very friendly and didnt bat an eye about us arriving right before closing. I walked around to view the photos around the building and see all the fun memorabilia. I will go back early next time to try their food.

Rachel Scott Came here with family from Louisiana and we enjoyed everything we tried. Oxtails with rice and gravy, black eyed peas and greens were seasoned well. Cajun pasta, wings, yakamein, red beans and boudin balls all met expectations.

Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon Hacienda Buffet in Fort Worth — a true hidden gem that feels like someone dropped a slice of Mexico right into the heart of Texas. From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t your average buffet. The food? Amazing. A wide selection of Mexican-style meats, fresh fruit and veggies, seafood, salads, salsas, traditional desserts — I could go on. Just a heads-up: no guac or avocado, but honestly, with this many delicious options, you won’t miss it. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole place was clean and inviting. But here’s the twist: the outdoor area is a total vibe. We braved the heat to check it out and were met with shaded patio seating, an outdoor bar, a peaceful water fountain, a waterfall (yes, a waterfall), and picture-perfect spots everywhere. I could totally see this place hosting weddings, birthdays, or spontaneous dance parties. I only wish I lived closer, because this would be a regular weekend ritual. Fort Worth, y’all are lucky. Lakesha Boyd I’m so happy to give my first five star review of 2026 to 1929 Po-Boy Kitchen! It was so good! I’m from Louisiana and it’s so hard to find an authentic po-boy that reminds me of home so this place brought me back in a good way! A few of our friends recommended this spot to us and we ordered a large shrimp po-boy that we split and ordered the boudin egg rolls. When I saw the food, I knew I was in for a treat! Before I get to the food, the customer service was amazing! We were walked through the menu and received so many recommendations of what to try which was a plus! Now the food was seasoned to perfection!! We were extremely impressed! We’ve been raving about this place since last week! Will definitely return to try some different menu items.
