Chilis Grill & Bar - (Near Laredo, TX)

Iyonie Lynch We’re new to Bastrop and have been on the hunt for a good Vietnamese restaurant and Lab C Food Kitchen did not disappoint! I have pretty high standards when it comes to Asian food, and I can honestly say they delivered so well. We started with the shrimp and pork egg rolls, and wow they were big, super flavorful, and served piping hot. I ordered the All-in-One Pho and it was delicious, hearty broth, tender meats, and very comforting. My husband got the beef stir fry with fried rice, and everything on his plate was packed with flavor. The beef was tender with that nice grilled taste, and the sauce and fried rice were both really good. Plus, the portions were generous definitely not stingy! A special shout-out to Helen, who took care of us from the moment we walked in until we left. She was warm, welcoming, and just amazing overall. We’ll definitely be recommending Lab C Food Kitchen and will absolutely be coming back!

Madhu Sudan Visited Spitz Mediterranean in Frisco and tried two items –> the Street Cart Fries (regular, no protein – $11) and the Chicken Tikka Bowl ($14.50). Both dishes were really satisfying in their own ways. The fries were the star of the meal for me -> thin, perfectly crispy, and topped with just the right blend of flavors that made each bite addictive. The Chicken Tikka Bowl was flavorful and hearty, a great option if you’re looking for something filling. Considering the portion sizes and the quality, I felt the pricing was fair. Overall, a spot I’d be happy to return to, especially for those fries!

Renee Carter Ordered the chicken quesadilla plate. When I asked her how big the quesadilla was she said oh it’s the 10” flour tortilla. I was expecting one tortilla filled and folded over. Nope! It was made big and flat and then cut into quarters! So much food!! Very delicious also. And a shoutout to her for flicking out the green peppers as she cooked my food :) so that wouldn’t get any.

Kelsie Gray Staff is always so friendly and accommodating. We’ve been multiple times and it is always a good an experience. The Alla Vodka Pasta and the Salmon dish are currently our favorites. Their Caesar salad is also really good.

CsillaP Had a delicious late lunch early dinner at the Brazos Landing. We’ve eaten here a long time ago… since then they’ve really amped up a notch and it’s a really lovely place. Food is delicious…. I had the grouper piccata and my husband had the pan seared salmon… Bang bang, shrimp and peach cobbler were amazing as well. We’re passing through so we didn’t have any alcoholic beverages but everything we saw them bring by looked yummy….
