Definitely do not miss the opportunity to taste their smoked brisket burgers and award winning chicken! + you can’t forget their Mac-n-cheese, 100 out of 10 would recommend!

5 /5 Elizabeth Cortez: Hands down one of the best BBQ I’ve had. The Dino ribs, the brisket, the chicken, green beans, Mac and cheese, etc! Nothing from the menu disappoints. It is all delicious. I drive all the way from 290/610 to enjoy some of the best BBQ in town! They have a nice set up with picnic tables to eat at and enjoy your meal.

5 /5 Amanda Villanueva: I hired Compadre Cookers to cater my husband’s surprise birthday party. We had roughly 100 people! I ordered brisket, sausage, charros beans, Mexican rice and potato salad for the guests. I also ordered the chicken lollipops and Texas Poppers (for select guests). Compadre Cookers not only delivered the food….they delivered the flavor! The guests were raving about the food all night! Unfortunately, I was too busy to take pictures of all the delicious food….but it was enjoyed by all. It was fantastic! I was so happy that I tucked some food away, to bring home. We have been eating BBQ all week. Thank you Erik and Compadre Cookers for making our event memorable … you are definitely our go-to BBQ from now on!!! Cannot wait to try the crawfish!

5 /5 dj johnson: 2nd time here and I will say it’s pretty good little spot hidden in old town Rosenberg. I got the 3 meat plate with Mac and cheese/ charo beans and I added 2 of the Texas Twinkies. The star of the show are the twinkies. The bacon was crispy. The brisket and cream cheese oozing out with every bite, then the peppery rub on top added some amazing flavor. 5 ⭐️ Meats, ribs, lean brisket , jalapeño cheese sausage. Ribs- Seasoned well, cooked to perfection. Not falling off the bone, but nice clean bites just as ribs should be. 5⭐️ Sausage- it was Jalapeño cheddar beef sausage with the perfect amount of spice and snap on the casing. 4 ⭐️ Ribs- I got the lean brisket. Tender with a nice bend and smoke ring. Had a nice amount of pepper but I was missing that spice like the ribs had. Still good, but man if it had that spice or more salt like the ribs it would have been a 5 all day from me. 3.5 ⭐️ Sides. Mac- nothing special. Your regular elbow noodles with cheddar cheese. 3 ⭐️ Charro beans- good beans with some jalapeños for a little heat. 3 ⭐️ Customer service - the owners were nice and actually came out to talk to some of the customers who were siting on the benches. The ordering process was easy and they were very patient and polite when greeting everyone and taking orders. 5 ⭐️ Overall- I feel I got good food for the price. Will be back again soon.
