Hanaya Hibachi Sushi & Asian Fusion - (Near Flower Mound, TX)

3 /5 Victoria H: Ordered a Wagyu steak to add to our Christmas Dinner at our table. For 70 dollars, it came to our disappointments. It was cubed, cooked on the iron plate, came as cold and with some mixed vegetables. It didnt taste like Wagyu at all, lots of hard to chew tendons in it. We ordered medium rare, the cubes were cut into small pieces and overcooked, loom warm when served on a dinner plate. 4 of us were not able to finish it, packed to take home, no one wants to have it, and our son said that the 5 dollar 5 Oz tenderloin wrapped in bacon tast better than it. The noodles and sushi were good. The photo shows what was left after 2 efforts put in.

I’ve visited a few different places in the area, but this was my first time coming here. The food was okay, but Chef Kevan was really nice and took great care of me. The place itself has a cool vibe

1 /5 Thang Vu: Ordered one simple meal on uber eats. Food had 2 hairs of different color in it. SUPER LONG. not pleasant to say the least Also had a piece of stainless steel scrubbing pad in it. Please make sure to have your chefs/takeout prep in check. Will not be ordering from here again

5 /5 Khanh Truong: This Hibachi restaurant is a great place to go. Cici, our server, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered lobster, scallops, and shrimp, and all of the food was cooked perfectly. However, the hibachi cooker could have done a bit more tricks compared to other places I’ve been. The atmosphere was also quite quiet, which I appreciated. Overall, I would definitely come back to this restaurant.

5 /5 Abroad Travel: Hanaya Asian Fusion - Flower Mound One of the best fried rice in town! Staff always happy and greet returning customers. Rice is such a delicate dish, like fish. You can undercook, or overcook it. This place… Nails it, every time. Both white and fried. Most of the time I prefer white rice, much healthier. But, there’s something magical happening with your taste buds when you eat their fried rice. Almost hard to put it in writing. I encourage you to visit and try it for yourself. Be the judge. The dishes are always, generous and presentable. The side salad with a pink dressing are among of my favorites. Salad always looks fresh, full of great ingredients. Side soup is always fresh, hot and delicious. Even though it’s located at Lakeside, Flower Mound, every time I’ve visited, I’ve never felt in Flower Mound. They’ve done a great job making you feel transformed into a place of relaxation and enjoyment. Always clean and well lit. Bar area is another of my favorites to highlight. I don’t drink alcohol but I’ve always appreciated a good bar setup. It’s elegant and simplistic. And, of course, I can’t forget that they have additional seating area if you want to have a fun presentation of watching how your food is made. Highly recommend! I’ve eaten at both sides and the service is always outstanding. I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re looking to have a nice time and great fresh food, “Hanaya Asian Fusion,” is the right spot for you. I can’t recommend it enough.
