Mitch Helwig Exceptional Service and Campfire Flavor! ​We recently visited Saltgrass Steak House for a late lunch on Black Friday, needing a boost of energy before resuming our shopping. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and truly delivered on the promise of recapturing the flavor of the open campfire. Steaks, chicken, and seafood are chargrilled to perfection, and it’s wonderful knowing their breads, soups, and desserts are all made from scratch daily. ​In addition to the excellent atmosphere, the restaurant features great TVs throughout, making it an ideal spot for catching all the action on game days. ​The highlight of our specific visit was definitely our server, Brittany. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and demonstrated outstanding professionalism. We noticed she was training a new server who was shadowing her, and her patience and kindness were exemplary. It was clear she was fostering a supportive learning environment. ​Beyond her helpfulness, Brittany was meticulously well-groomed and neat. As a fellow woman, I appreciated her professional presentation—her hair, make-up, and nails were all executed on a high, professional level. ​As for the food, our mushroom appetizer was absolutely delicious, and the fresh iced tea was crisp and refreshing. ​Overall, Saltgrass is a great restaurant. It’s obvious they have a strong team that genuinely loves their work environment, and that positive energy translates directly into a fantastic dining experience for the customer. We highly recommend stopping in!

Daviyion Johnson Hadn’t been to Luby‘s in years and I was reminded that I used to love this place when I was a kid. I have the country-fried steak combo which came with two sides and bread. This cafeteria style place still has a variety of things in the menu that fall into the bucket of home-cooked meals and I really appreciate the nostalgia and the tastes. Mashed potatoes with cream gravy for the win!

Adelita Martinez We indulged in a vibrant spread, beginning with the Butter Chicken Masala, which was luxuriously rich and perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness and spice. Paired with Ghee Jeera Rice, the combination was nothing short of exquisite. The Spicy Masala Noodles offered a delightful fusion of bold heat and savory depth, while the Vijayawada Chicken Biryani stood out for its fragrant basmati, tender chicken, and expertly layered spices. A personal favorite of the evening was the Tandoori Chicken Momos—succulent, smoky, and impeccably seasoned. One of the guys at the front suggested the gulab-jamun dessert with vanilla ice cream and I absolutely recommend. The restaurant itself is immaculately maintained, with an inviting ambiance that enhances the overall experience—an easy A+ for atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and offered insightful recommendations that clearly reflected a deep knowledge of the menu. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to fellow lovers of fine cuisine. We will most certainly be returning.

Teresa Zurbrugg Enjoyed a great meal. Alex our waiter was awesome. He made sure we got our prime rib. Everything was awesome. We didnt have to wait for a table at all. Alex was very knowledgeable and we were treated with kindness. Thanks for a great time

Hayli Castillo Such a neat little place. We loved it. In town for a playoff game and needed something fairly quick. The restaurant is smaller but not terribly small. The food is delicious. The waitress was so nice. I really really wish they would come open a restaurant in Graham. We have the PERFECT location and nothing like it around.

Manuel Rios Had the turkey plate with cowboy beans, and Spanish rice. I was skeptical thinking that the turkey breast might be dry, but to my surprise, it has been the best turkey breast I’ve had. It is juicy, and has a mild sweet smoky flavor; put that between two slices of bread and top it off with their bbq sauce(which is also really good), and it made my day. The beans and rice also have great flavor, and good texture—not hard, but also not overcooked to pudding. @memerios1020
