Hibachi Express - (Near Big Spring, TX)

3 /5 Badzmom4: First off, most of the food I have had here is pretty good. Never really had an issue until the orange chicken. My first time having it here, it was amazing. Their orange sauce is the best, in my opinion. Every time after that, it has been mostly inedible (3-4 times). The chicken is just over cooked, some pieces the fork wont even go into it (those being the smaller pieces that fry fastest). I think I got 3 or 4 edible pieces out of this. Which is unfortunate because they do give you a good amount of food. The pictures show the amount of meat that was NOT edible, which is most of it. The rice and the broccoli were fine and they give you a good amount of rice, as well. Sad to say the orange chicken here is off my list now.

4 /5 Oscar Davila: I know times are getting tough but a half bowl of meso soup. The table next to us was dirty as well as several other table. You get less food in smaller containers. The food was good. I open up orange chicken, and said wow look at all that chicken, but under the chicken was alot of fried rice. I hate to say it but we will be back, cause the food is still good. Thank you for the discount. They do give discount for first responders and veterans. Thank you again.

5 /5 Steffany Pina: Hibachi Express is my favorite takeout in town! It’s my go to and get it constantly. I find myself missing it whenever I leave big spring for long periods of time. You really get a bang for your buck. Forever my favvvvvv
