Loca Luna Mexican Grill - (Near Texarkana, TX)

2 /5 jesus Soriano: In my opinion, this food does not represent Mexican cuisine at all. Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered a combo that included two chicken tacos, one enchilada, and one burrito. The chicken was just a plain chunk of meat with no flavor at all, as if it had been boiled. The tortillas were cold and dry, and they broke apart easily. I have eaten Mexican food my entire life, and this was not authentic Mexican food by any standard. I asked for a spicy hot sauce, but it was brought to me about 15 minutes later—after I had already finished eating and paid. The waiter spoke so fast that I could not understand him, even after I asked him to repeat himself more slowly. I also asked for the check, but after waiting 10 minutes, I finally had to get up and pay at the cashier myself. I still left a tip, not because of the service, but out of compassion for the staff.

4 /5 cindy davis: We got the quesoburrio. The tacos were great, but the juice was very greasy, but I added the cilantro, onion to it, and it was ok. And the salsa was really good. I would definitely go back, and they also offer military discount.

5 /5 MzSyreeta Myles: This location is nice, and clean. My Father was visiting and we decided on trying here before he headed back home. We were seated quicked and everyone was nice and friendly. Our food came very quickly, and everything was delicious!!!!

5 /5 Margaret B: This place was exemplary from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Truly dislike having passed it by for more than 4 years. My sister kept recommending it and she was right. My husband and I went there to celebrate our 1st yr “dating” anniversary. This was by far the BEST dining experience for us in a long time. Our waiter, the young Mr Kaiden was by far the best server we’ve encountered in over 3 years…Our drinks, appetizers and entrees were promptly bought to us —- NO extensive waiting, NO cold food, NO watered down margaritas here!! When I say “YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE” you definitely need to try this place…The sampler platter was actually sufficient enough for the both of us. We did purchase a taco/enchilada combo dinner and chimichanga meal. Went there for my 53rd birthday. The food, service and drinks were great. Norma, our waitress was terrific. She truly made our day. Loved her cheery personality. She had the staff sing happy birthday to me and was so attentive even though it was extremely busy. As usual—No complaints— 7th visit: Never had a bad experience here until today. Went there to celebrate Father’s Day w/ my husband and oldest son. We were greeted(if that’s what you want to call it) by our waiter Ricardo who asked for ID to which we had no problem w/ although we are all definitely past the legal drinking age. Stayed to see if he carded others, which he did NOT!!! Did not eat there bc our waiter Ricardo was so rude and inattentive. He took our drink order, promptly bought out our drinks and then disappeared so long that we thought he’d gotten off work. We found that to be quite odd considering we were one of maybe 4 customers in the entire restaraunt at the time. When he reappeared, he offered no apology or explanation for his extended absence. His attitude was so discourteous that halfway through the order I decided to forgo eating there. Not for sure what his deal was but next time we will request another waitstaff member.

5 /5 Jason Hull: Great place to have a laid back family meal. The food is amazing. Service has never disappointed and the servers are always great.
