McAlisters Deli - (Near Texarkana, TX)

4 /5 Brenda Hurd: Everything was great, except I was on my lunch hour and just wanted to be left alone not asked at least 10 times did I need anything. I mean that’s great service, but when you see a person trying to eat leave them to it. An hour isn’t that long. Oh thank you for the cookie.

2 /5 K Wall: Ive been coming to McAllisters several times a week sometimes multiple times a day for 3 years now. Ive always enjoyed the food and the team. I was 5 stars for a long time! But in the last 4-5 months, this place has PLUMMETED in service and the builsing is just not taken care of like it should. They almost seem annoyed youre there and my simple order is more consistently wrong. I really hope this place turns back around...

5 /5 Joanna Barnes: Thankful for Adam and his crew he saved my day! Olive Garden had canceled my catering order for 40 people 2 1/2 hours before pick up. I called McAllister‘s and he said he would take care of everything. The packaging was great. The service was excellent!

3 /5 Kabenott: I decided to try this place because I’ve heard the food is really good, and it was. The only problem is that at no point did they tell me how I was supposed to get my food after I paid for it. I found out later that they are supposed to give you a number, which they never did. I finally went back about 20 minutes later to check on the status. They had my plate sitting at the end of the shelf area the whole time, and had never made any attempts to figure out who it belonged to. Additionally, the tables seemed like they were cleaned with dirty rags/water because they had a dirty, sticky feel to them, and the tile floors appeared to be caked in years of dirt and grime. I may try it again one day but I won’t be in a hurry because there are many other options in Texarkana.

5 /5 Sherri Ernzen: Quick service and Lemija was so cheerful and made sure we had everything we wanted. So nice to see that she was asking every table and showing that she loves her job and wants your experience at the restaurant to be a good one
