Nolis Vite - (Near New Braunfels, TX)

5 /5 Anastasia Saenz: Enjoyed a delicious lunch with my husband recently, and Noli’s Vite did not disappoint! Very charming interior, delicious bread, and iced tea. I had the lasagna, manicotti, cannelloni sampler, and would highly recommend it. My husband had the lunch spaghetti & loved it too!

5 /5 Kimberly LaMarre: Simply choose Noli’s Vite for your small dinner or large gathering. The attention from the staff starts your meal with a smile. The menu has something for everyone or 4 and you have to make a hard decision. The calamari appetizer is beautifully seasoned, enough breading for crunch but not overpower the calamari. A lovely level of heat as well. The entrees served were fresh and top quality; chicken arrabiata, chicken piccata, lobster ravioli, spaghetti & meatballs, and lasagna. The kitchen staff earned a standing ovation from our group. When we ordered a coffee at the end of the meal, we were met again with an elevated version. This establishment knows what hospitality looks and feels like. Bravo.

1 /5 Gene M: The food is decent. I would feel a lot better about it if I didn’t pay as much as I did for what I got. We paid $62 for two adult and one child’s pastas and they charged us $5 for pathetic salads. There was the smallest handful of lettuce in the small styrofoam container. I think the food might taste a bit better if I didn’t have the sting of feeling like they stole my money. If you’re ordering out, I’d say you should skip this restaurant. They do not respect their paying customers.

4 /5 Aaron Beadle: Nice restaurant with a good selection of pastas and more. They had a 3 man jazz band playing on the patio when I was there. They actually sounded pretty good. Ended up ordering the veal Parmesan. For me the sauce makes it all and they do a good job there.

3 /5 K Free: Food 2 stars: had a glass of prosecco, husband had vodka and Red Bull. Drinks were good. Started with bread service. It was good but not great. Bread could have been more fresh. Next was mozzarella sticks. Tasted and looked like frozen store bought. Wasn’t impressed. Caesar salad was decent but not great. The dressing tasted and had the consistency of store bought. Entrees were shrimp scampi for myself. I was disappointed. The sauce was not a white wine, garlic, and lemon based. It just didn’t taste good. And had a weird color to it. My husband had the lasagna. He said it was just OK. My daughter had the baked ziti. She did like that. Service 5 stars: our server, Kaitlyn, was really good. Very sweet and welcoming and very attentive. Atmosphere 4 stars: cute and homey feel. I really wanted to like this place and was looking forward to it due to the other reviews. Unfortunately, it just missed the mark for us.
